We love this set. It was simple to assemble (or so my husband tells me) and I love the colors. The cushions are comfortable. The table had a nice space underneath the table top, so my husband added a bottom to it for storing the seat cushions. The set blends well with other pieces of patio furniture. We love our patio now.

The table is made out of concerete and when it arrived it was damaged on three out of the 4 corners. It took me about 4 hours to put the table together. Also, I didn't notice this in the store but you can't get both of your knees under the table when eating becuase of the support bar hits them. I should have made the table myself... would have cost 1/3 of the price.

The table didn't last 3 months in the Arizona sun. It was so cracked I was surprised it didn't fall apart as I carried it to the truck to be returned to the store.

Table top was made of Chinese garbage and broke apart after less than 2 years. Thought we were buying something nice after Sandy took our house and yard out but was mistaken! Will never buy Hampton Bay again!!!! there is much better products for the same money.

Very difficult and time consuming to put together.
Chairs do not sit level and wobble and there is no way to adjust them.
Did not notice in the store how uncomfortable it is to sit at table because the base comes out so far at the knees you can't put legs under the table. You are actually sitting away from the table and have to lean in to eat.
Good price though if you don't want to spend high dollar on a set and it does look pretty

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Michael Good quality table and chairs with a very nice seating height.
This set is really top notch. When the set arrived, the boxes are clearly marked "made in China" so I was a little concerned about the assembly process, material quality, and craftsmanship, but no worries now as I am very satisfied with this purchase. The table is very sturdy (about 75 pounds) and the chairs are comfortable even without the included cushions. The web says 60+ minutes assembly and note its way on the + side. It's not difficult to assemble, just time consuming. I assembled my set by myself and it took several hours. I would recommend finding a buddy to help with assembly as it would dramatically reduce the assembly time.

The set looks great in the store and online...we got it piece by piece, which was strange (2 chairs came first, two days later the table, then another day or two after that the other 2 chairs)...just a heads up - it's a very heavy table!!!
The downfalls: The table was damaged, so you definitely need the touch-up paint they give you. Our corners were chipped and we quickly ran out of the touch up paint. There was also water damage (? all we can guess?) and we had to go back to Home Depot the store to get sand paper and more touch up stuff...luckily, HD online gave us some $$ back for the damages and comped us the stuff we had to buy to fix up the table.
It was more trouble than we anticipated but it is a nice, sturdy set and hopefully comfortable when we can use it (winter currently) and it's a good price compared to other outdoor furniture...just not in the best shape and we'll see how it holds up after a year! Fingers crossed...
