Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dave Very attractive and affordable
Our townhome association bought four of these to replace older pier-mounted lights that flank two gates leading to our swimming pool area. They are very attractive and effective lamps. I like that the frosted glass panes hide the fact that modern CFL bulbs (GU24) are utilized. These two-pronged "bayonet" style bulbs are usually used in order for the lamp fixture to have the Energy Star rating. If a lamp has a traditional screw-in socket, it cannot get an Energy Star rating because a regular incandescent bulb can be used. I think these bulbs will become more common as incandescent bulbs are phased out.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by John Good light, easy to install
This light was easy to install and gives off more light than I expected for a 75w compact fluorescent bulb. The bulb with special pins was included which was convenient. The only draw backs are that the screws to secure the top cap to the light box and the light box to the post were not the easiest to get in w/o stripping. I have concerns that they will rust down the line. Also the metal wire conductors are thin aluminum threads that don't wrap around 14 gauge UF (underground) copper conductors too well.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HDSHOPPER Hampton Bay Seville Post Lamp at Home Depot
This is a very nice and easy to intall lamp. It's frosted glass hides my cfl. I use a bright day 9 watt cfl and the light it emits is surprising. It also mounts higher due to its tall cast base. I went to Menards, Lowes and found this one at Home Depot to be the best made. I am installing a 2nd one for my back yard. It also has easy to replace glass pieces. Most others did not. I saw that they also sell replacement glass cut, frosted and ready to install with screws and brackets.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mojo Very disappointed in this Hampton Bay light fixture!
Purchased two light fixtures for my front porch last February 2013. Fixture on North side stopped working 8-20-13. Replaced flourescent bulb on 8-21-13 and both light bulb and fixture completely stopped working on 8-27-13. South side fixture still working as of today, but need matching fixtures on my front porch. Will return both fixtures and try something else - this time with a normal medium sized screw in bulb base.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DoItYourselfer Great product at a great price - instant curb appeal
Light bulbs are not a standard product (two pronged plug in type) that are hard to find. The light bult that can with the product was broken. Home Depot replaced the bulb at no additional cost.

A year and a half in, and our photocell has gone out. And we are having great difficulties finding a replacement.
