We recently renovated our Master bathroom and this light fixture makes it look so elegant. It is a tall ceiling and I had always wanted that luxury feeling in the master bathroom. This light is perfect....very happy with my purchase.

Let me start out by saying this light is big but grand. Without the chain, the main body is almost 30 inches. Make sure you have a tall ceiling when you are planning your installation. I decided to hang mine in the stairwell down to our basement. Our basement is mostly finished but with the addition of this light it makes you feel you are walking down into a grand space! It is a beautiful brushed nickel, heavy duty piece. Assembly was a little difficult as one of the six arm pieces did not line up correctly with the screw holes. It took me a little time to get it to bow/bend to match the other ones but it was doable with a little patience. Also the 12 arm screws they give you have a completely smooth head (I know it's for aesthetics) but it makes it really difficult to tighten them to the main fixture. Otherwise, the instructions are really easy to understand and all the hardware needed to mount this light to an existing ceiling box is included. It takes 3 (up to 60W each) candelabra light bulbs (not included) and I chose to install LED soft white candelabra bulbs-saves energy and gives it a pleasant glow.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Willwgp Wonderful Upgrade for the Stairway!
When we first moved into this house, we noticed a light hanging over the stairway that was hard to access. We also didn't feel that it made the stairway worth climbing! This fixture looks so much better!
The installation was definitely the hardest part. Sometimes the simple things in life are STILL a challenge to put together. We had to get a special ladder in order to even reach the light, and it took a lot of teamwork between my fiance' and I. But once I got up there, I was able to do the rest on my own. The fixture is pretty heavy, but I got it up there.
I've said this before: it would be nice if everything was just put together in box, so all I had to worry about was wiring the thing up and calling it a day. But it was definitely worth the effort. It would have also been nice if the spring clip was on both ends of the chain, so all I had to do was get the chain to the height I needed it, so I would only have to worry about clipping the fixture, and going through the rest, without having to bend the chain with pliers.
The fixture is so amazing; it looks like it belongs there on the stairway. And now it makes the ceiling look higher than it really is. It looks fantastic!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by PJCC Minimalist design fixture for high ceilings, flexible design options
Brightly lighting an average sized high ceiling living area that primarily needs evening lights. This lighting fixture's name denoted old England while the look is more minimalist German. At Xmas I'll add leaves to the chain and a bird on the fixture.
Installation was easy, just matching wires. I got a 2nd opinion as to which wire was hot to distinguish between the waffle and plain covered wires. I wish they would just tag them with colored tape. As for special tools, this required a ten foot ladder in a medium priced standard home with a "high ceiling". The fixture materials, light at 7 pounds, worked for a woman doing the installation alone in a high ceiling.
The fixture frame went together fast. You could choose to attach the frame bars scrolls down instead of up. If you use your imagination many items can be added to this frame to enhance the design seasonally.
I used two 60 watt and one 25 watt bulbs. This illuminates the average high ceiling living room and gives a little drama to the ceiling as pictured.
Open patio doors leave dust on our living room light fixtures. This minimal frame fixture will clean up with one long handled fluffy brush and a few swipes, yeah.
I study metal art designs, as that goes I found this steel fixture cheaply made, but for the price point adequate. Taking the quality of the metals in balance with other issues it rates between 3 and 4 stars.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by EastNashMan Great product, installation not great
This is a beautiful pendant light fixture. I like the color (brushed nickel) and style - it's elegant but also modern. This product is definitely best for an area with high ceilings, ideally an entryway that's at least 12 feet. I have no compaints about the fixture itself.
The only issue I had was that installation was not very easy. I have installed several light fixtures before, but never a hanging pendant, so keep in mind I'm not experienced with this type. The most difficult part was trying to pry a metal chain link open in order to shorten the chain. It took the force of two people with wrenches to open it, and we damaged the chain link a little bit. I'm not sure what the solution to this problem is because obviously the chain links need to be strong enough to hold the weight of the light fixture. But it seemed just way more difficult than necessary.
So overall I recommend the fixture - just be prepared to use some muscle if you need to shorten the chain.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shengjun Beautiful and elegant pendant
I am so tired of all the bronze/black chandeliers out there until I found this. The brushed nickle finish makes the pendant stands out from the group. It is simple yet elegant. The frame feels solid to the touch. Very easy to install. Price is good. Very happy with my new pendant.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LEDEngineer Attractive lamp for tall ceiling
This is a really "tall" hanging lamp that works well on a vaulted ceiling. I would say you need a minimum 10 ft height. The taller the ceiling, the better it looks. It's designed to be hard-wired to a switch / dimmer.
Quality is very good. Joints are brazed and finished well. Everything fits and aligns ok. Bolts holding the frame together have smooth heads, so you can't use a wrench or screwdriver to tighten them. Using just my fingers to tighten them, the frame was still wobbly, so I put a piece of cloth around each one and tighted with pliers. It comes with a little over 5 feet of nice matching chain, which is plenty.
I really like the brushed nickel finish on the lamp; it brightens up the room and reflects the light, making it appear brighter that it really is. However, with only 3 small-base sockets, you have to choose your bulbs carefully. I tried using energy-saving LED candelabra lamps at first, but it was really dim. You need 40 or 60 watt incandescents to get a decent amount of light. I think if you hung a pair of these, it would give ample light and also look really great!
