Greetings.

I am happy with the fan, however the light is too dim. I need to replace with a brighter bulb. What's the max recommended wattage?

If I used a E24 bulb adapter, will it pose any issues?

Thanks,
Max

For some reason, my tenant found the fan installed without the bulb cover. I need to order this additional piece. I am not sure if it was not included in the original package, as I was not there when it was installed. Please advise where I can order this cover. I will include a picture of the fan below. Thank you.

My current fan/light combo can be controlled by two separate wall switches one each for light and fan. Can I do the same on this product?

Thanks

Tri-Mount 52 in. Oil Rubbed Bronze Energy Star Ceiling Fan is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 333.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from OVERALL I LIKED IT OVERALL I LIKED THE FAN. WAS NOT TOO HARD TOO INSTALL AND I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE FAN. IT LOOKS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IT WAS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE WAS I WAS FOOLED BY THE BULB REQUIRED. IT DOES COME WITH ONE AND THERE WAS A DRAWING OF IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. THE ONLY THING IS IT LOOKS LIKE A REGULAR SCREW TOP FLUORESCENT BULB. IT STATED WHAT TYPE BUT I NOT FAMILAR WITH THE TYPE OF BULBS. IT TURNED OUT TO BE THAT THE BASE HAS A 2 PIN TURN. I LOOK FOR A REPLACE MENT AND FOUND THAT MOST STORES DON'T CARRY THEM AND IF THEY DO THEY COST ABOUT SIX DOLLARS OR MORE. I'M NOT SURE IF I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE FAN IF I HAD KNOW IN ADVANCE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am very happy and pleased about having decided to make this purchase, it represents value for money. Since installing the fan I have enjoyed top quality, trouble free and efficient service. During operation it is super quiet, there is hardly any sound and it operates seamlessly. The appearance is beautiful which is significantly enhanced by the light. Installation was as easy as ABC and because i am a do it yourself er it was over in no time. In less than half an hour i was enjoying the beauty and comfort of my newly installed ceiling fan. I would definitely recommend this ceiling fan to anyone in the market seeking to purchase a similar item. Thanks Home Depot for selling items that are durable, efficient, represents value for money and that are easy to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent all around I purchased 3 of these to install in my bedrooms upstairs and I've been very pleased with the quality, value and ease of installation. It does not require 2 people to install because its mounting bracket features a hook where you temporarily hang the fan while you work on the wiring. Fan blades have two different colors (walnut and brown) so you can change it up. The only thing I wish it was different is the type of light bulb. A typical A21 bulb will not fit. I would definitely recommend this product!

Installed 5 of these in our new home over the course of the last week, very easy to install! We did have proper mounting hardware already in place, so adding that step into your installation if you need it, might add a bit more labor. After the first install, I didn't need to use the installation manual, thats how straight forward it is. I also liked that it comes with a light bulb, since the lighting assembly uses the 2 post bulbs instead of the screw in ones I am familiar with. The fans are quiet and very easy on the eyes. In a normal 12'x10' bedroom, they move the air quite nicely.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick The title of this review says it all! Although the fan looks pretty good and the price is unbeatable don't be fooled. I bought 3 of these ceiling fans 2 of which I still have unfortunately and the 3rd got returned (purchased a bit later and before the tick started). Both of the fans I have when first installed worked great. Its after a month or 2 that they seem to develop this ticking sound. I have tried everything I know of including reinstalling them will stop the ticking sound for more then a second or two. I'm ready to rip them off the ceiling and toss them out the door. You get what you pay for still holds true I guess...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice fan, weird bulb & hard installation It looks very nice, but this fan was a huge pain to install. My husband replaced many of the screws because they were so short and hard for installation. Also it has a weird bulb, with a two prong plug, which I will probable never find to be able to replace it. I would recommend a different fan that comes with a normal light bulb. If I wouldn't have gotten this fan for $39 I would have returned it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed - You Get What You Pay For I thought I'd take a chance on this discount fan based on the other reviews and the energy star rating. It does a great job blowing air but unlike what other reviewers said, the fan canopy won't set flush to the ceiling when you insert a remote control adapter. It is such tight fit, I can't even get both sides of the canopy screwed in and when I attempt the screw at the higher point of the pitch roof, the entire fan and downrod sets set at an angle. This fan is not for you if you were like me and wanted to add universal remote to it. The light assembly is also so snug, I couldn't enclose the pull cords as I did not want them visible since I had a remote control. The fan wobbles and I am not able to control the light brightness despite my remote having a built in dimmer. I couldn't find a longer downrod to match the color and had to had settle for close match spray paint. You get what you pay for. The ceiling fan will go back tomorrow.
