Much of the lumber I received was warped and twisted. The directions were vague and none of the pieces were marked. I bought a 12X16 shed and the materials provided were for a 12x12 shed with extra 4 foot lengths to tack on. Do not get the package with the floor - I had to replace the lumber provided with sturdier material. The doors and hardware were of nice quality and resulted in a sturdy door that is lockable.

Horrible experience with the delivery system. Even worse at the store when I went to purchase other materials to complete the project

First off, if you don't have carpentry experience, you are going to need to hire a professional to build this. Vague instructions, missing or warped wood and only enough lumber to get this minimally completed. We had to buy plenty of more lumber to make this sturdy and safe. I called the manufacturer 4 times to send me missing pieces of lumber. The dont even tell you some very important structural things one needs to do on an envelope before adding the roof.
So, if you are going to pay a professional to build it, just have them purchase the lumber and make you something better. The only plus about this shed is the convenience of time to someone that has built plenty of structures like this in the past.
The floor is terrible, I wish we had doubled the amount of beams (and used 2x6s and not the 2x4s included) because now Ive got serious warped areas of the floor that need to be cut out and replaced with better plywood. Why would they send me press board for a floor that will get damp underneath in the rainy seasons?
To summarize, dont bother with this unless you plan on doing it yourself (and youve done plenty of building already). If you need to have a carpenter do it, just tell him what you want and he can buy and cut the wood and build you something 10x better for about the same price.

So far the assembly of the storage building is going quite well. Everything fits and has been easy to assemble. It does take two people to lift the walls and get them set in place as they are quite heavy. Other than that, I have been able to do all the work by myself. I used treated sole plates set on a concrete slab and used wedge anchors to attach the walls to the slab. By drilling the wedge anchor locations in the sole plate and then setting the sole plates on the slab, the wedge anchor locations are precisely located for drilling using a hammer drill.
The only thing negative about this purchase was the delivery. The storage building arrived at my house ahead of schedule, but the driver of the truck had no equipment to unload the materials. By this I mean the delivery truck should have had a forklift for unloading. We ended up having to unpack the materials and unload them from the delivery truck, piece by piece. I ended up having parts all over my garage floor and what a mess. I would recommend never using this delivery company again unless they can bring along some unloading equipment.
All in all, a very good purchase.

I didn't install this. I hired someone to do it. It took 3 guys a little more than a day to install it. They beefed up the floor kit as it seems there is just the minimal 2x4's. I like it and would purchase it again.

The instructions were very easy to read and made building this shed yourself a breeze.

This is a good buy, but because of the modular nature of the structure it is a bit unstable. It is composed of two end pieces and as many 2' middle pieces as necessary to complete the length of the shed. That means that there are a bunch of 2' segments. longer segments, particularly across the top of the frame would add significant strength. I would suggest discarding the 2x4s that come with the package and purchasing long pieces that will go the length of the shed. I bought the shed without a floor because I wanted something more substantial than 2x4 joists.
