Customer Reviews

Rated 1.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overall, bad deal The first thing I noticed when I began un-crating the materials was that most of the lumber was twisted and bent. I purchased the 10x12 model and instead of getting 12' beams for the walls, I got an 8' and a 4' and was supposed to nail them together. It was rickety and unstable and I ended up purchasing new lumber and making the walls from scratch, defeating the purpose of the entire effort. The wall panels were out of square and the panels have nicks and chips all over them. Overall, I should have just bought the lumber and built it from scratch. January 26, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cumberland 10'x12' Building The building kit is standard 10'x8' an additional package included the 4' extension kit to make the length 12'. Rafters and braces included in the extension kit were cut differently than the standard kit (Angles) so the roof assembly turned into a major project. I actually should have bought new 2x4's and re-cut the rafters included in the extension kit, but we were an hours drive to Home Depot so we used shims and made do. The door trim had been cut from press board and most of the edges were unsealed after being cut, I had to seal prior to painting. All in all the building turned out well, I was just not satisfied with the way the rafters and decking turned out for the roof. Don't be Surprised but I do recomend the kit, just make sure to compare the parts from the extension kit and the standard kit. October 31, 2007
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by shed Cheaply made. One board we though was just packing, which was actually part of the frame, was made of 10 pieces of wood glued together. Roof did not fit on right, had to buy extra wood to fill in gaps. We made our own shed for about $500 less, that will outlast this one. In a strong wind I'm worried this will blow over. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not very good quality. The screws were very cheap and strip easily. Overall quality of wood and screws and nail was poor. Instructions were a little hard to follow. No base or sill board. Extra wood needed to make it come together. Looks nice when done. September 11, 2012
