Answer:
Hey Jimmy, I don't think it is available without the floor kit. However, I didn't use my floor kit. I squared by base for the shed using 2x6 pressure treated lumber, added some drainage gravel and large patio squares 16x16 and created my floor. Stays dry all the time. Then I took the lumber for the floor kit and used it to make shelving for inside the shed.

Answer:
Floor kit included but I didn't use it. I used 4x6x10's on long side and 4x4x8's on short sides so I had room to help square the shed. Would never use floor. I used 16x16 patio block on drainage gravel and have never had mold or moisture inside the shed.

Answer:
Although the kit includes the pressure treated 2x4s for the floor frame, floor panels would be sold seperately.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice looking product. All items (wood wise) were included but screws/nails/directions could be much clearer. The directions stated using one size screw (ie: 2 inch) when 3 inch was better and vice versa. Directions were a little cryptic but I was lucky to have a neighbor carpenter who helped square the shed. If I started early on a Saturday - it would have been completed by Sunday evening. It did come out great and I would recommend for anyone who wants to spend less then $1,500 (need to buy shingles, paint, roofing nails, roof felt). There are a few 'spaces' you may need screening or if you are handy with the saw some additional pieces of wood to block up entrance's for bees. June 3, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not recomended at all!!!!! First off it was 3 days late on delivery. Second, the directions are not very good. Third, for what it cost and the additional material my costumer had to purchase and then the cost for me to put it together, I could design one myself and built basically like a house and have the same cost. Very cheaply made. I do this type of work for a living and this is highly not recommended. BEWARE!!! May 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Why so expensive??? Why is this shed almost twice as much as the 10 x 10 shed (Princeton model) that uses 2x4 construction than this shed that uses 2x3 construction? August 30, 2014
