The design of this shed is very well thought out. All of the pre-cut parts were packed into a 2x4x8 foot pallet. Everything was there. It took about 25 hours of my time to put the shed together. The hardest part was getting a level surface for the flooring. I would strongly recommend the added floor joists if you plan to store a lawn tractor. I used 3/4 inch treated plywood for the decking. Again, because of how I plan to use it. Also, get your own 2.5 & 3 inch screws. The provided screws tended to break if you were not careful.
The instructions were detailed and very helpful to me. But, READ them carefully! There were some nominal variances in the wood, so measure everything and make sure all of the walls are square and plumb.
Use a high quality exterior primer for all the exposed bare wood. It will save you down the road.
Because I liked this shed layout, I am putting up a second one. But, due to city rules, it will be on a slab.

Package did not include flooring materials or roofing materials. I ended up paying an additional $450.00 for the extra materials and paint and it took 3 days and add'll $350.00 for a person we hired to put it up. We ended up spending a total of $1700 for a 10 X 10 X 8 shed.

Very simple build. A few more wall joists would have been nice. Overall, I would recommend.

You need a carpenter to put this together. Directions extremely difficult to follow. And you need to go out and purchase all pretreated wood for the flooring. Very dissatisfied!

Warped boards can be dealt with, wrong pre-cuts cannot. Back wall is wider than then the deck, side walls are not long enough. Sturdy and we'll make it work, but the headaches of altering and making it work are not worth it and shouldn't happen, along with purchasing extra material to compensate for gaps and uneveness. Every instruction and step were read multiple times and all done proper. Would struggle with purchasing again at half the price...

First off, just make sure you know what you are getting for the price. Don't expect the best built shed, but don't be turned off by other reviews. There were a couple bowed 2x3's, however it didn't effect the construction too much, just use your common sense. Make sure you purchase flooring material, 2" and 3" nails (suggest a nail gun), wood glue, 4x4x10's, solid blocks, caulking and roofing materials. My neighbor and I have experience with other projects and it took us a couple 8 hour days to level a foundation and get the walls, roof sheathing and doors up. Keep you area organized and it can actually be a pretty enjoyable project. I was second guessing the construction (seems flimsy at first) but once everything is assembled it is actually quite sturdy. If you are looking for a good sized shed at a value, give this a chance.
