Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Chrs The product looked good online has some challenges in reality
Ordering the product online was easy but the items that looked like they were included we not. The product did not come with a floor or shingles to cover the roof. It was very disappointing to receive the shipment and discover that items needed to complete the project was not included.

Good product and cut to right size. But Instructions too small to read and pictures too small too. Need a big size manual. Why are you trying to save on paper? This is too hard for the customer.

I did a lot of research on all types of sheds and settled for this one due to the construction and simple style. It took a week longer than promised for delivery. I intended on building it myself, but ended up contracting the shed company that delivered it and they had it completed in 6 hours. This included installing the shingles! Best money I have spent! We did make one mistake with the window and this may be good advice for some....when choosing a location for the window and you plan on installing shutters, LEAVE ENOUGH ROOM FOR THEM! My guys forgot there were shutters and installed the window too close to the door frame.
We beefed up the subfloor and there is no sign of weakness when walking across, very solid. The doors are on piano hinges (pre-assembled) which should prevent sagging over time. The walls are 2X4s, versus other sheds with 2X3s. All in all a good choice.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by CalI Acceptable, average quality overall. Some structural weaknesses.
Floor kit is substandard for installation on concrete block piers. I will build a 2x6 "subframe" to go underneath the 2x4 kit frame. Don't like the top and bottom plates for the walls (especially the door wall). They should be single plates, not split. It seems like they were two piece plates so they would fit nicely on a pallet. Several 2x4s were badly twisted.

The purchase of this shed kit was motivated by my wife, who pre-determined it would take me too long to build a similar shed from scratch. In the end it was a probably a big time and aggravation saver to have all the lumber, fasteners, and sheet goods at hand; this certainly justifies the extra cost of the kit versus buying the components and cutting everything to size.
The delivery company made it as convenient as possible to receive the shed and even put it in the garage for us.
I found it helpful to have downloaded and studied the assembly instructions beforehand. I also found a pnuematic nailer greatly speeded the wall assembly. The instructions were generally clear, but there were some points that required close study of the drawings and the actual pieces. I was also lucky to have a large patio area open to assemble and stage the walls and trusses.
Most of the lumber was straight, only a few pieces needed tweaking to end up with square walls. We took the time to back prime the trim and any unprimed edges exposed. The siding is attractive and has a similar embossed woodgrain as the house siding which was an unexpected bonus.
I was able, with the wife's help, to get the walls erected and the rafters and roof sheeting on in one weekend. The shingles, skylights and trim needed another weekend plus a Saturday to finish We used 15# felt as underlayment for the shingles, which was not included in the kit, or recommended by the drawings. We used shingles left over from a recent roof job on our house, so the shed complements the house. Because we are in a hurricane zone, the extra protection from roofing felt seemed like a good idea. I also obtained some "hurricane clips" from the local Home Depot to tie in the sill walls and rafters and strengthen the structure. This did add to the cost and completion time, but again, given the locale, it seemed to be a good investment.
All said, the assembly time was reasonable, The buyer should figure the cost of the materials not included (shingles, drip edge, roofing nails, and any reinforcement pieces) before purchase to get the real cost. It is kind of amazing that these kits ship from the factory in Michigan.
I would recommend this product to any homeowner with basic carpentry skills, and an able assistant.

The entrance door was NOT on the 10ft end as depicted!!
Many of the 2X4's were damaged or warped beyond use.
