Product Overview

Stretch the boundaries of wireless dog fencing with the next generation Radial-Shape2 Havahart Wireless Dog Fence-the most advanced do-it-yourself, dog containment system that is easy to use and economical. This is the first wireless fence system to offer a Roaming Area that can expand from 40 ft. up to 400 ft. that is up to 11 acres, with optimal results, and close to 20 times more Roaming Area than provided by the leading brand. Optimal results for maximum distance are dependent on an unobstructed direct line of sight between fence boundary and the system Controller Capable of containing up to 2 dogs (with purchase of additional collar), this wireless dog fence combines breakthrough technology with a stylish, compact Controller. It is easy to install with no need for digging. In about 1 hour you can have your wireless fence up and running and begin training your dog. Havahart Wireless fence systems are manufactured and approved for sale and use in the United States only. For best success with the Radial-Shape2 Wireless Dog Fence, you should be aware that: 1. aluminum siding and heavily wooded areas enclosed in the fence boundary will not work with the Radial-Shape2 Wireless Fence. 2. Extensive landscaping, slopes/hills and metal sheds, metal down spouting and metal garage doors may present challenges to the Radial-Shape2 Wireless Dog Fence. All wireless fence systems face the same challenges.

  • Quick and easy to install with no need to dig a trench and bury wires
  • Easy-to-read LCD screen on controller lets you set the distance of your fence boundary and customize collar correction levels
  • Tone-only correction + 5 static correction levels
  • Water-resistant collar fits dogs with neck sizes 14 - 26 in.
  • Heavy-gauge nylon collar with snap buckle closure
  • Rechargeable collar batteries- need to be recharged every 1 to 3 days, depending on dog’s activity level
  • Up to 2 collars can be used with the wireless system (1 collar included)
  • Designed for any breed dog older than 6 months and weighing more than 8 lbs.
  • Proper flag placement and fully training dog to the flag line are keys to the success of the system

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great idea, does not work Boundaries are totally unreliable. goes off for no reason, and then not at all some times. no way to teach dogs when not a cut and dry line. buy the petsafe wireless system, IT WORKS and if you need a bigger area buy more base units. April 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not for yards with trees We researched wireless fences and picked this one. We were very disappointed to find out that there were "holes" in the fence due to the trees. We have a lot of trees but it didn't work before it got to the thickest area. The one aspect that we liked was the alarm in the house when the dog got to close to the edge. January 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by wireless This is a good and bad review all in one..good is that it does work with very good range and a stable range..I wish it would vibrate too and that the beep it makes would be a lot louder..if you view the cd and follow a training ever day u should have no troubles. Make sure the dog knows to turn in ,not run forward when the alert is triggered. And the alert tone inside is a must. February 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by does not go farther than 75 ft does not go farther than 75 ft has lots of drop outs February 7, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Range inconsistant Love the idea of a wireless fence. Works well but the range is inconsistant, even day to day - at least in our yard. I placed the flags out one day then next day brought the dog with the collar on around. The signal would be either way before the flag or way after the flag. I was pretty careful about my flag placement - placed it right as the sound started & triple checked them all. May return it yet. Trying to give it a good go as I do love the idea of a wireless fence. November 21, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Easier to set up than use! This wireless fence is very easy and straightforward to set up. If the signal was consistent, and reached to the same place every time, it would be easy to use. However, I have had my dogs get warning signals WELL INSIDE the fenceline and have also had them get NO WARNING when they were 50' or more BEYOND the fenceline. The inconsistency complicates training and makes your dog(s) uncertain as to where they can and can't go- making them nervous whenever the collars go on. April 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great product but the batteries.... If I leave the collar on my dogs all day and just take off at night. Then the batteries I have to replace almost daily. (It does come with a backup battery and the charger, which is great!) But I'm charging and changing, charging and changing apart daily. I had read on here that they would have to be changed every 3 months. But I haven't experienced that. It's great otherwise!! The only reason I can think for the batteries dying so quick is because my dogs are hyper and constantly move. And because of the motion sensor doesn't ever get to go into sleep mode because they are never still. Even turning the collars off via the box it still used the batteries. So I just take them off as much as possible. But it kind of defeats the original purpose of if they run out when anyone opens the door. But it works great for all other times. May 16, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Did not do the job we expected based on the description. Was not useful with obstructions such as trees. July 16, 2013
