I purchased this cover for my large offset umbrella, and used it the first season during the spring and summer, and then in September when I took down my offset umbrella, I stored the cover indoors. During the second season of use, the fabric started to show signs of dryness by August, and ripped near the top of the cover. I sewed it, but it only lasted for one more month when the fabric gave out again. I therefore would only recommend this cover to be used for one season as it tends to dry out in the heat and sunlight.

We purchased this cover last year for one umbrella and came back this year for another one. Offset covers are difficult to find and expensive!! This one is an amazing value, and sturdy enough to use year after year. We put our umbrellas/covers in the garage for the winter, but our previously bought cover came through three seasons of rain, wind, heat, sun, and general summer use like a champ. We decided to get a second cover for another umbrella since it performed so well.

This product looks good with neutral color. You do need a ladder to get it on a large umbrella. It fall apart in little pieces from the inside out in about 1.5-2 years due to the New Mexico sun and the wind constantly shaking it around. Recommend using a bungy cord (or two) to secure it if you have it in a windy area. I haven't yet found a better cover, so I would recommend this to a friend...until something better comes along.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Janie It's a great idea but the handle broke
The handle broke after the 4th time we used it. So we returned it to the store. If the handle turned easier maybe it wouldn't break. Filling the bags with sand was very difficult because of the way the bags are stitched. The opening needs to be at the top and the little pockets which are difficult to fill are not necessary. Just make it one big area to fill. We liked for the week we had it.

Very good value for the money. We've had this cover for about two months now. Ample size to cover our large umbrella. We are putting it on with the help of a pole so not to stress the zipper. Since our umbrella will have to stay outside this year, I'm hoping the cover will withstand our Michigan winters but as of right now, we are very pleased with this cover.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OutdoorLover This Product is great
I entertain outside all year and taking the umbrellas in was a bit of a problem. This product is great. It provides great protection for my off-set umbrella and it is very easy to use. Because of the heigth of the umbrella pole, I need to use a 4 ft broom stick to assist in draping the cover over the umbrella. An excellent choice for me.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dragonfly Nice sizing and fabric for offset umbrella
Finding just the right size for my offset umbrella proved to be a challenge. Found just the right size with medium to heavy weight waterproof fabric. Plenty of room to slip over umbrella. Like the pull tie feature at the bottom to scrunch it up with enough tie to wrap around pole and secure. So far so good...

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by butteguy offset umbrella cover
Received it, covered the umbrella with it, no problems so far. Is big enough to cover almost any offset umbrella in its 'folded up" position to protect the umbrella from the elements when not in use. It being large is cumbersome but there is nothing that can be done about that. Quality seems good and price was fair.
