This doorbell is easy to install, and works great. Using the enclosed templates and hardware installation was a breeze. Only problem was the low sound from the digital tone. The chime unit can be mounter vertically, or horizontally.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jimbo Easy to install door chime/ding-dong and it is wireless too!
A phillip head screwdriver to install 4 srews and two C- size batteries
is all you need to get this Chime ding-dong doorbell
up and running, 10 minutes tops.. Made of sturdy material and simple decor to
blend in anywhere you install the main unit. The button that
is placed outside your enterance door does already have a
battery installed. It is exactly what I expected and wanted.
Works great and sounds fine. No need to drill holes and install
transformers etc. This is much easier. And like all my other battery
operated clocks and such I will change the batteries when they have
daylight savings time to insure the items always have power.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rudy works when it wants to
This unit was purchased about 1 month ago, and it worked for about 2 days - then, nothing! I thought maybe the receiver was out-of-range, but even if I hold the receiver right next to the push-button...nothing. The best fix I've found is opening the back cover of the receiver, jiggling things a bit, and putting the cover back on. Then it will work about 5 times before stopping again. Low batteries, you presume? Nope - replaced those, too. Wish I could return it, but someone else bought it for me and apparently didn't keep the receipt.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by PEANUT NICE AND EASY WAY TO ADD DOOR CHIME WHEN WIRING IS NOT PRESENT
Heath Zenith makes some nice products for a good price. This wireless door chime is a good size and looks nice too. It will blend in with pretty much any modern décor and there is no need to run wiring thanks to it being wireless. It is easy to mount anywhere with the included fasteners. The only negatives about this door chime are: that the entire door chime has to be taken down from its location in order to change the batteries because of a screw holding battery compartment closed. ( The chime should have been set up like the push button, where the mounting plate stays screwed to surface and you only have to pop the cover off in order to change battery/ batteries). Also the sound of the chime could be louder.

I thought this would work better than it does. But it does work. The battery holder inside the push button, oh yea, there is none. It just depends on the push button case to hold it in the right position. So I spent several attempts trying to make sure the battery was in the right position and resorted to tape to make sure. Signal strength must also be weak because the button would not work in the regular place you would expect to see a doorbell. Best I can figure it did not like being so close to the light switch box inside the door, in the normal spot also. So I had to mount it about 5 feet high to get it to work. Very disappointed in this one, just to cheaply built. Also no light on the push button, yea, cheap.

Very easy install for upstairs apartment. Signaal travels far enough from ground floor to 2nd floor.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by texted Good doorbell.
I've gone through three wireless doorbells at this house I bought a few years ago. The first one was just a cheapie that the previous owner had installed. The button was intermittent, I discovered, so I opted for a better looking unit that didn't have any range, and wouldn't work through walls at all. This one has the range to work through the outside wall and about ten feet down a hallway, which is all I need. Unfortunately, the transmit button looks about as cheap as the original unit that came with the house, but it's working consistently so far. The receiver/bell is a simple, plain box with a gray panel on the front, but it works well and is loud enough to be heard in the back of the house. I can't say that I'm overly impressed, but it serves the purpose intended.
