We have a five thousand SF repair shop with a small walk in office. A customer service bell is needed to announce our customers arrival. This wireless door bell did the trick for us.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by tnahpele A nice set of features
I got this for my kitty, who likes to play in the basement, but we sometimes forget to let her back upstairs, so I wanted a doorbell she could ring with her paw to let us know we'd forgotten her. I mounted the button on a board and she's smart enough to step on it when she wants out.
This doorbell has several nice features. There's an LED night light that is on whenever the room is dark - perfect for my basement. There are two chime selections - ding-dong and Westminster 8 note. It can handle one additional button (not included) with a one-note ring for another door.
It's very loud - I measured 110dB at 3 feet. It has a volume control but it only makes a 10dB difference, so it's still very loud even with the volume turned down all the way. I put a strip of packing tape over the speaker opening to tone it down some more.
It works fine with a few caveats. You need to press firmly on the button to get it to ring. In order to change the ring you have to download the user's manual. (Some of the information imprinted on the back of the door bell but it's white and white and very had to read). It was also set to the same code as a different Heath doorbell I got a couple of years ago so I had to change the code in both the button and the doorbell.
The code and ring are changed by changing jumpers on the back of the doorbell and in the button.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by jred Easy to use, loud, and a little power hungry
This is basically a good wireless doorbell (with an LED night light), but I was expecting a bit more from it.
As background, I've been using wireless doorbells for about 10 years now, and I got this to replace one of my chimes that no longer sounds right (I have one button by the front door, but have the chimes in several rooms of the house). This chime works on the same frequencies as my old chimes, so all I had to do to use it was plug it in (it worked with my old button just fine). The installation couldn't have been simpler. The frequency code can be changed if you want, and the nightlight goes on/off with a photocell (so it's only on when the room is fairly dark).
My first complaint about this, however, was its volume. It is quite loud out of the box, which could be good or bad depending on where you want to use it. It does come with a volume control, which I thought was going to be the perfect solution. Unfortunately I hear very little difference between the loudest and softest settings, so even at its softest setting it's still a little louder than I'd like. If they are going to put a volume control on this, I'd like it to have a larger range of soft to loud.
My second complaint is that according to my Kill-A-Watt meter, this uses more than 3x the power of my old chime. My old chime reports <1 watt and 0.02 amps, while this chime measures in at 3 watts and 0.07 amps (and measures the same whether the LED nightlight is on or off). In absolute terms that's not a lot, but in an era where we are replacing 4W incandescent nightlights with sub 1-watt LEDs, I was surprised at how much power this consumed relative to my old chime.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hillgang So easy to install. Just plug it in!
This wireless door chime couldn't be easier to install. Just plug it in and good to go. It doesn't come with a manual so you are instructed to log in to their website to download the manual. The chime has two options on chime and says it comes with the Westminster chime as the default chime but that was not the case. We tried to follow the instructions to set the Westminster chime without success. That wasn't a problem cause the two tone chime was fine and is very loud. We can hear it throughout the house. The night light is on a senser and is sensitive and very bright. A plus for anyone that wants to lights up a dark area.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bizgoody1 Great to have a door chime again
Excellent door chime to replace a door bell system from the 1920's that no longer functioned and too expensive to repair... I love that this unit plugs into a wall unit so there's no need to worry about changing batteries, and the installation is simple! I previously had an older wireless door chime from a different company/manufacturer, and that one had tons of problems with false chimes going off, possibly from interference from nearby signals, but I haven't had even one issue with this product!

This door chime night light is beautiful, functional ad a nice fit to my home. I like the sturdiness and quality of it and look forward to the use of the chiming sound when someone uses the bell.

When I saw this item, I knew I had to have it. I didn't even know such a thing existed! I like having a night light (every kid demands a night light) and that the door chime is audible throughout the house. I don't have to question anymore... was that the door bell?
It's really easy to install and looks great. I always get compliments on this item and people want to buy it!

Brought it home and would work when not installed, but as soon as was installed wouldn't work. We tried multiple times and finally gave up! Worthless!
