Answer:
If you want to use plug-in receiver chimes, then I would suggest getting one DL-6166 kit which includes a wireless push button and then two DL-6196 chime receivers.

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not suitable for my hearing purposes. The Door Chime works o.k., but if the TV is on, the tonal quality of the chime is such that I have great difficulty hearing it when the door bell is rung. It has a high tinny sound which is difficult for me to hear. This is my problem and not yours. However, I wish I could get a receiver with a deeper sounding chime, but I don't think they are available. August 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does its job nicely We needed a third doorbell. This one works well. I love the volume control on this one. We may purchase new one to replace the old ones because of the volume control. May 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not working properly For some reason this unit picks up every wireless signal in the neighborhood. Doorbell rings constantly - nobody there. Maybe it would work well in an isolated area, certainly not in a city January 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great device This was an add on for another room to work with our existing system which we have had for years. Just plugged it in and it worked like a charm. December 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Heath Zenith Wireless Plug-In Chime Receiver I bought four Chime Extenders for my Heath Zenith Wire/Wireless Door Bell. The Chime Extender Transmitter which operates on batteries sends a single to all extenders at the same time. The extenders just play the Westminster Chime tune for both the front and back door buttons, but the actual door bell rings the Westminster Chime for the front door and Ding Dong for the back door. You only know if someone is at the front or back door if you are near the actual door bell. January 14, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't work I can only get this to work if I put the receiver within 6 inches of the remote. Absolutely useless. Very disappointed. Zero stars. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product. Easy install. Recommended. This is a simple plug and play doorbell. Two screws for outside ringer button. It came set up with the classic 8 note cathedral chimes, which was good for me. I didn't want to mess with flipping tiny switches to change the ring. This was very easy to install. Even you could do it. May 6, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A long time well proven product... Works great I purchased basically the same product 14 years ago and it took this long for the wireless doorbell buttons to start to loose their range. I repurchased the same models and everything works great. February 25, 2014
