Answer:
The 208 Wet Patch is a trowel grade mastic. You could also use a putty knife for smaller areas. Thank you for putting your trust in The Henry Company and The Home Depot.

The cabinet was sealed about 4 years ago with pancrete, which is now coming loose from the base of the cabinet. I thought this product might last longer if I remove all old sealant, then use the repair fabric in tandem with this product.

Answer:
You could, but it would probably take a lot of product. I would try looking at the seams, vents, any roof protrusions, loose shingles,missing/damaged shingles or missing/damaged flashing. Most leaks occur in those spots. For more info, please contact our product support at 800-486-1278 or check out www.henry.com

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 18 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good product This is the best roof patching cement I have been able to find. True to its labeling you can apply it under most conditions but if the produce has been stored somewhere warm before use its much easier to work with. Over time it does begin to crack and dry out but it still holds up better than anything else I have found. March 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good product Something finally worked to stop my recurrent leak February 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Roof patch This stuff works! But, applying it in colder tempatures is a pain! December 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very easy used to repair some pretty heavy leaks on a flat roof around the chimney and seams. very easy to put down and worked great. February 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works AMAZINGLY well!!! Hard cold facts... we need a new roof but can't afford it right now. Some of the roofing has slipped and bunched and cracked (it's a rolled roof) and we had some really bad leaks. This is the rainy season here in FL and something like cool coat takes several sunny days to cure so not an option at this point. It was a little messy so I recommend using some medical gloves and a tile trowel to apply. It's easy to spread, fills in the cracks and holes and best part is it WORKS! I mean really WORKS as in no more leaks. So grateful that this is out there and affordable! August 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for sealing my driveway to fondation The cement worked as I had hoped, I had large deep cracks between my foundation and the concrete driveway. I did use backing in the real deep crevices, but many places we just filled it with the wet patch. Although it can be a little messy for this type of job, with a little practice and making sure that you clean up any spillage as you go - it works great. August 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Established product. Typical roof product. Been around for years and as dependable as always. September 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stoped leaks in 18 year old roof! life saver till roof is replaced goes on smooth use gloves and paint thinner for clean up great product. January 27, 2015
