The 'stick' in peel and stick tiles are the self-adhesive that is already on them. Therefore, additional adhesive isn't necessary at all.
However, if you want to use additional adhesives (though it is unnecessary), you can use very small amounts of adhesives in a tube, such as Loc-Tite.

Just wondering if I put this down in a room can I walk on it while I'm laying the tiles down after it has dried?
