Rated 5 out of 5 by Separate & use to move your tractor into your shed/barn. I was looking for a ramp to move my tractor into my barn and this product worked great. Separate the two ramps by removing the 8 bolts holding them to the hinge and you have two ramps with a lip on one end of each ramp. You can use the ramps up to 18" with an 800 lb. load on each ramp (1600 lb. max load balanced over both ramps). The handle on the side of each ramp makes it easy to carry in and out of the barn if you want to keep them secure inside. Using one ramp makes it easy to move the wheelbarrow in and out the barn. Rated 2 out of 5 A little disappointed I purchased a pair of these ramps so I could get my son's child-sized powerchair in and out of our house. I noticed that after about a month of use, the ends of the ramps (that would typically be placed on a truck tailgate for loading ATVs) are starting to bend. The powerchair weighs around 400-450lbs with my son in it, but he doesn't ride the ramps in the chair. The load capacity stated on each ramp was 800 lbs. Even if that's for a pair of ramps, I shouldn't be seeing any permanent flexing/bending of that metal, but it is starting to flatten out where the ends are "hooked" to grip and level the loading surface. We're talking at most 1/2 the load capacity. If it's 800 per ramp then we're at 1/4! I'm concerned there may be a structural failure of the ramps with his $4000+ chair on it. I can only assume this isn't normal. I bought these ramps based off of the positive reviews on this site, but based off of my impression, I couldn't, in good conscience, recommend these ramps. Spend a little extra if you must have metal ramps and buy something more stable. September 16, 2014
