Customer Questions & Answers

Where do I get replacement parts?

The wind blew my clothesline over and the plastic circle on the edge of support bar on the top of the legs where you can hang a shirt broke off.
Asked by: Jo
Hi Jo, Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Unfortunately, this Clothesline is not available for replacement parts through The Home Depot. However, it may be beneficial to reach out to the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer is Hill and their website for parts is http://www.hillshome.com.au/spare-parts/ . We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Customer Reviews

Portable 120 Clothesline is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product I am very happy with my Portable 120 Clothesline. At first I was hesitant because of the price but now that I own one I trust that it is sturdy enough to last for years. I think it's a good value for the price. We have a large capacity washing machine and I have been able to get 2 loads of towels on at the same time. It's a snug fit but with some creative scrunching of the bath sheets I can do it. I enjoy using the Portable 120 much more than the wobbly wooden racks I'm accustomed to. The arched braces with holes for hangers are not as useful for me. Most of our shirts end up hanging on the ground. Would work just fine with kids or petite shirts. I use clothespins to hang smaller items on hangers in the arched braces and increase my hanging space. When we first received the unit we had a problem with one of the parts (too many of one leg and not enough of another) but we contacted the North American representative listed on the back of the manual and he sent us the correct leg quickly and cheerfully. He informed me that in all the time he has been their representative it has only occurred once, we must have gotten it's mate. I doubt anyone else will have this problem, but rest assured the customer service of the Hills Portable Clothesline company is top notch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and useful I am currently renting a home and did not want to drill or dig holes to hang laundry. This item was portable and stored easily. Helps to save power too!
