2-1/2 in. Angled Finish Nailer, 1/4 in. Crown Stapler and 6 gal. Compressor Kit (3-Piece) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 94.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far working great and the cost was good also. Bought it in a pinch to replace my dewalt when the trigger seals went out in the middle of a remodel. Ive only used it for the one small job so far but it seems to work great. Hope it holds up as wel as my dewalt and I the price of the nails also. I can't beleive that its already been discontinued though, thats my luck Ive only had mine for abought four weeks. Hope parts will be available and easier to get than my dewalt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far,great Used for the first time today.Worked very well,drove 1 1/4 " nails below the surface. I did have a couple of instances where the nailer would not fire---After rechecking the manual, i believe it was because i had the pressure set too low(below 60 lbs in both cases.) Like i said earlier, this was the first time I used it and am still learning the features--looks like its going to work just fine!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Constant jams My Finishing nailer is only two years old with about 2 - 3 hours use. Followed directions meticulously. Nail jams are constant to the point I have stopped using it. Replacement part of Driver Blade costs 1/2 of purchase price. Not recommended even though I decided on this model due to great reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbeatable, must-have tool I have used this Hitachi product for over 8 years and have had absolutely no issues or problems. It has proven to be extremely reliable, durable and powerful. All of the other Hitachi products have produced the exact same results too - an excellent investment and highly valuable instrument.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use. Have put over a thousand staples through it with no issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawless Sparked at first but settled in and worked perfectly. I am midway on two thousand feet of oak hardwood flooring. It replaced my old Senco and is nearly as good, even new Senco is not the old Senco.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good concept but disappointing I do finish carpentry professionally and this unit could not keep up with a couple of finish guns. I burnt it up just after the warranty expired. I have read a lot of similar bad reviews. I expected more from Hitachi.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product; Lacking Info Buy this product if you want to confidently install crown molding, door trim, door jambs, window trim, fascia boards, soffits, siding trim (e.g., 1x6 pine), and solid- or laminate-hardwood flooring. The Hitachi EC510 works very well for those applications. Do not expect this product to adequately power a professional-grade paint-sprayer, a texture hopper-gun, or high-torque pneumatic tools; get a higher-CFM compressor for those applications. I've been using the Hitachi EC510, with my Hitachi 15 gauge and 18 gauge nail guns, to install soft- and hard-wood materials of .25"–1.5" thickness: pine crown-molding, casings, baseboards, and jambs; solid walnut paneling and chair rails; and so on. I am very happy with the results! My rating is 4.92 stars because of a minor flaw by Hitachi and a major oversight by Home Depot. . . . HITACHI'S MINOR FLAW: The instruction manual is difficult to traverse because it's poorly outlined and written in very fine print. HOME DEPOT'S MAJOR OVERSIGHT: No CFM rating listed. (The CFM ratings for the Hitachi EC510 are 2.8 CFM @ 40 PSI and 2.0 CFM @ 90 PSI.) . . . Please... please... please! List the CFM specs for every air compressor you sell! It's probably the most important task-specific spec. For instance, the Hitachi EC510's CFM is only adequate for use with one drywall texture hopper-gun: the Wal-Board Tools "Texture-Pro 200." And that's pushing it. (Wal-Board says the gun requires 2.4 CFM @ 90 PSI.) Many of us are looking for a compressor for specific tasks; if it doesn't put out enough CFM, then we can't (or shouldn't) use it for our power tools, paint-sprayer, texture-sprayer, and so on. So, please supply customers with the CFM rating for each air compressor you sell. Everything else you do is terrific! Thanks. (-:{
