Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bobby Consistant product. Used it before with same good result.
My latest use of this product was to patch a small 2 1/2 inch hole in a popcorn ceiling. First used a small patch, covered the patch with this spray texture, then painted it. Worked perfectly.

At first I was worried it wasn't going to work. But when I actually followed the direction and did the sweeping method. The finished product was really good. Good purchase.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AZvet Popcorn patch mis-labeled
This spray texture is represented as a popcorn patch. However, it is simply a repackaged heavy orange peel texture. The results are totally unsatisfactory. Attempting to get the popcorn texture out of a spray can is wishful thinking. I should have known better. I do not recommend this product. Look for buckets of hand application popcorn texture for small areas instead.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by FixItGirl Matched existing ceiling area well
I covered a small area that was smooth where I tore out a closet. This product matched in color and thickness pretty well. It does only cover a small area so depending on the coverage and thickness, you may need to purchase several cans. It did the job I needed and was a good solution rather than ripping down the existing texture or hiring a professional to match up the untextured portion of the ceiling. Be prepared for a mess though! I was texturing the walls and painting, and installing new carpet so I didn't really care about the mess. If you are concerned about your walls and floor, be sure to COVER EVERYTHING! I don't know what else would have done the trick for the price of this product.
