Answer:
Probably not. The kits are manufactured with a specific set of frequencies. If your kit is within the 30 day exchange allowance from purchase, return it to your store for exchange. Don't forget your receipt. If your purchase is outside the return allowance, contact the manufacturer

Yes.
All three remote outlets are on separate frequencies (channels). Each remote outlet is number on the outlet, 1, 2, or 3. The remote control has three sets of ON/OFF buttons, (please refer to the picture in the listing) also marked 1,2, or 3.

Right now I bought 2 of these. But the remote turns off both outlet 1's, both outlet 2's and both outlet 3's at the same time. Wouldn't you want us to buy more than 1 of your product? I feel like you must've created a way to solve this.

If you need more than three remote control outlets, simply purchase another kit. The manufacturer uses a small range of radio frequencies for these kits. It is possible to get two kits with the same frequency. If this happens, simply return one kit to the store and exchange it for another, that will have a different frequency set. If you use two or more kits, it would then be best to develop a system to keep each of the three outlets 'paired' with their respective controller. A simple method would be; separate the three remotes and controller that go together for each kit. Place a small piece of adhesive tape on each remote and controller. Mark one set A on the tape, the other set B. The remote outlets come with their number on them, 1 through 3. Now, if you are using four or five outlets in different areas, it may be helpful to make a simple 'map' or chart of where each remote outlet is by it's number (i.e., "Rear bird bath fountain = A2", "Front flag pole lamps = B3." etc). Good luck and enjoy your outside remote control devices!

If your remote control stops functioning properly, check / change the battery. If this doesn't correct the problem, make sure the remote control outlet is plugged into a functioning wall outlet. If it still does not function properly, contact the manufacturer. Read Less

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Neighbor has the same set Well this was wonderful to use last year. Then this year my neighbor bought the same item and used it for his x'mas decor which is the same thing i was using them for. Our houses are about 100 feet away from each other and we are turning each others lights on and off. The product is fantastic and i love it. Problem is now one of us has to find another item similar to this and i cannot seem to find one anywhere. November 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Bought a 3 pack for turning on and off last years Christmas trees - hated having the lean over to plug in trees as the plugs are behind the trees. I liked them so well that after Christmas I put them on the living room lamps. However, I bought another pack to use with the Christmas trees this year and learned they are all on the same channel - so I cant have 6 things going even if I buy another pack. November 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Product But Poor Remote Worked great on Christmas decorations for 2 years. Remote failed this year, two of three "on" buttons won't work. Disassembled remote, still couldn't them to engage. Like product, saves going outside to turn Christmas decorations on and off. Going to buy another set. December 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worth EVERY Penny!!!! Purchased my first set of these over a year ago. I use them in my garage to control one set overhead lights, a stereo and believe it or not a 55,000 BTU torpedo heater. To my surprise these run the heater without the slightest hiccup. Definitely recommend and for 20.00 you cant go wrong!!! October 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bought in 2012 I have these in my living room and use them several times a day to control 4 lamps. I am still on the original battery and these things are going strong! I'm getting more for my bedroom as they go on sale again. October 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great works as advertised. Easy to set up and use. The only thing that I did't like is the bright power on LED, I covered it with black tape. February 3, 2015
