Rated 5 out of 5Â by Dave Works quite well, excellent value
This product works quite well. I applied this over freshly powerwashed and pointed (tiny missing mortar bits fixed) brick. Before application, the brick absorbed water like a sponge. After application, water beads up amazingly well and literally rolls off.
It is water-based and appears to be best applied as a fine spray in a light layer. The instructions stated to back brush, but I found it better to wipe over it with a cotton towel as it absorbs excess drops of this waterproofer. Excess waterproofer will leave spots on the brickwork if dries so it is best to remove it while wet. If you spray near windows, it is a fair bit of work to remove it - either any decent cleaner when wet or elbow grease when it is dry.
After 24 hours, it works quite well. I cannot tell about its longevity, but me and my mother managed to do an entire 1 story brick house in one day. Used total 5 gallons - better coverage than expected. More work than expected, but the results are well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Schroder Applies easily and seals wood great.
Really like this product. Easy to apply and clean up. Seals wood great and water really beads up on treated surface. Has not discolored or changed the wood color at all.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by CoastalClass Amazing find!
This was in my local store's new special buy area in the front of the store. I just happened to walk by and notice it. My wood stairs on the porch were in rough shape so I need to give them a real good cleaning. More important was how I was going to protect them after.
I used outdoor bleach and a pressure washer to clean the mildew (see pictures). After letting it completely dry for a day I came back to apply the Armor Waterproofer. I was a little nervous because instructions say weather has to be at least 50 degrees, I was at 52 since it is late fall here in New England.
Application is easy. The nozzle cleanly pours out the product and does not make a mess. The liquid product goes on milky white so you can see where it has been brushed. It fully dries clear and you wouldn't even know it was on the wood.
I went out 2 days later to pour some water on the wood to test it and it beads up perfectly. I am very happy I purchased this!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Notmac1 this is the best for the best price
This is the best sealer out of 3 products i tried. This spring I pressure washed my sidewalk , driveway and patio. not knowiing what the coverage would be I purchased this product first. I only bought 2 gallons and needed 5 to do all my areas, i had a gallon left over frrom last year. I returned to Home Depot in my local area and they did not stock this brand. I bought 2 additional gallons of another product and paid twice the cost of the first. The following day it rained and to my suprise this sealer at half the cost of the next one beaded water while the $20.00 plus product looked like nothing was applied. I hope it stands up in the long run but at first glance this is what I will use on all my concrete work in the future. Make sure you check locations before you go out in search as i found it in only 2 stores in the Portland market that carry this specific brand. I hope all stores switch to this product but in the mean time I will buy enough to do my home next year in case Home Depot decides not to carry it in the future. Regarding ordor I used it outside so I guessed at the low odor question. Value is outstanding and coverage is as advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Copper Good Value; Seems to Work Well
We put this on our patio and sidewalk -- large area with brick pavers. Used a sprayer on the patio which was much easier than using a roller (which I did on the sidewalk). Product went on easily, dried quickly and seems to be working. We had no discoloration. The patio was powerwashed first, to remove all debris and discoloration. I realize these products don't last for years but our hope is that the patio and sidewalk will be protected somewhat. This product does not give a glossy finish...you can't tell it's there until the water beads up. Photo shows beading after an overnight rain; some of the water has evaporated.
