Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nancy Not what I anticipated
The cloth was basically a less expensive version of shade cloth...I expected a better material.
The tilt feature was very convoluted, but I assumed it is because this particular umbrella is at least two years old (feature-wise). Each year the tilt feature has gotten easier and simpler to use. Not that happy with either item. I do like the fact that they are now making the base flat and more useful than the old clunkers. Was light-weight and easy for a 76 year old to handle alone. I primarily needed the brick color to match the tarp on my pergola. Wish I could have had it shipped to store as the cost of shipping is too much and brings the total cost too high. Won't ever have something like this shipped again.

Found this umbrella on line and what a great deal! Very durable and the fabric was nice and thick for the Arizona weather. Shipping was easy and so was the assembly.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Knan This product is great for shielding sun on deck or patio
Very pleased with this product. Can adjust umbrella to shield sun from all directions enabling the deck to be used during the daytime hours. Very happy with product and would make one suggestion. We live in an area that has a lot of wind and umbrella kept twirling when closed, we put a binge cord around the closed umbrella and attached to stationary pole. Will send photo if I can get it attached. I think this would be a good addition and a good sales point.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Not worth it's cost
When we first received this product, it was great but within 5 months the pole snapped at the lower portion rendering this unuseable! Thankfully, Home depot is standing behind what it sells and letting us return it (although it took a couple of calls on my part) but as far as the company that manufactured it, I will never buy anything from them again. It was made by coolaero, a division of galepacific. They only warrenty the fabric and make no parts for the pole mechanism or any of the moving parts! What kind of company puts out a product that it doesn't make parts for. The umbrella wasn't knocked over, it wasn't windy, or mishandled! They said that it wasn't meant to be taken apart which we didn't do. BUYER BEWARE WHEN YOU PURCHASE THESE KIND OF PRODUCTS. I thought i had done my research but guess not.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kristi Great Quality for the Price
It arrived as described and was easy to assemble by myself. Opening and closing is simple but includes a clip 7ft off of the ground. The canopy sways slightly in the wind when fully open. I have had it outside in full weather exposure for a month now. I store it fully down without a cover. The materials and finishes are unchanged after rain, wind and 6hrs a day of direct sunlight.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by rbarnes Great for its Price Point
Read the reviews, manage your expectations, check what the expensive ones cost, and then confidently order this one. It's certainly worth the $'s and functions perfectly fine without the cost, as long as you follow the instructions, and take care of it as prescribed. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend buying it... AFTER you read the reviews and educate yourself.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JohnDoe Excellent Quality
Requires very little assembly, and the option to use pavers as anchors is great. So far, I can't complain. The overall quality is excellent, I can only hope that it can withstand the sun to last a while.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by andie terrible umbrella
This umbrella is cheaply made. The sun still gets through. Hard to put together- hard to crank up and down. We gave ours away after less than a days use. Waste of $$$$
