The brackets will bend easily with heavier drapes like velvet. The brackets are not sold separately for replacements. Disappointed in the quality of this item.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JW LG Dishwasher Purchase on 7/4/16
I purchased this dishwasher from Home Depot on 7/4/16. They did not provide any info on what type of electrical I needed set up. So delivery / installation was delayed for over a week. Then installation was handled by unqualified help, and likely the product was damaged in the process. At which point I called Home Depot to return and was informed it was after the 48 hour return window. So Home Depot passed me off to the manufacturer. I am still waiting for a repair appointment. So basically I purchased an LG dishwasher from HD and to date it has yet to run a single load of dishes for me. I have no way of rating the product. But the Home Depot service on this transaction was terrible. I will not buy another appliance from HD.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Review01 Do NOT buy this product
We returned all 6 window sets of this flimsy product after installation-- even the smaller windows (48") did not hold up the curtains. The 48" wide set only came with 2 brackets which you cannot order separately, and after 2 days and many hours I could not find anything useful to support the curtains-- the sag, with normal weight curtains, was nearly 1.5" in the middle of a standard 48" wide curtain. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Do NOT buy this poor product. By the way, the model designation "Home Decorators Collection" is a Home Depot brand name not the manufacturer so you'll never be able to find parts, even with the entire Home Dept product support team helping. Absolute worthless product!

Perhaps someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but the TWO sets we had purchased from Home Depot for our living room did not contain the correct parts. After finagling one set together over our shorter window (and completely avoiding setting in the middle piece, I set out to conquer our longer window and quickly gave up. I finally asked a friend to come over and help, and they too said the piece we had was not the piece we needed. To clarify, the middle piece that should allow the curtain rod to reach 144 in. was actually an end piece that could not fit between the two other end pieces. So, after a long while of getting tired of seeing the boxes sitting on my living room floor, I tried to exchange them for the same pieces. Checking a couple of boxes before leaving, I found them all to have the same problem. Am I crazy? Why has no one noticed this?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Renovations Absolute junk!
This product is horrible. The ones from bed, bath, and beyond are 100% better. We have wide windows and these rods droop in the middle, even with the extra middle support bracket. Don't waste your money.

This is a very sturdy rod, even extended. Well made and easy to put up.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SMLACW Pain in the butt, looks good once installed.
So my fiance and I bought this "set" to replace some ugly broken blinds in our apartment... 1. The anchors it comes with are garbage. We used our own that we happened to have left over from another project. 2. PAIN IN THE BUTT to install all the bracket things because the design flaw doesn't allow a drill to hit the screw at the correct angle and causes all sorts of annoyances. 3. Took us all the way until the end to realize there's only one rod included. "Double rod system" has me thinking two rods... Double... Two... Anyways, MY BAD. So after about 3 trips to home depot & buying 2 sets... We finally had everything installed and it looks GREAT now. I would never recommend this to anyone though unless you really know what you're doing. Also, each bracket requires two screws... There's three brackets... Our set only had 4 screws total. Not cool.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RK Unbelievably poor design for "conversion"
I had the same issue as another reviewer - we were literally converting from a Home Decorators single rod to a double rod in order to add a layer of sheers. The bracket screw hole spacing does not allow an actual conversion - they are a hair farther apart than the original screw holes. To get a secure mount we would have to drill in completely new places and fill in the massive holes (with anchors) we drilled previously.
The enclosed circular design likely won't work well for us anyway as the walls are too close to the rod ends. We likely won't have space to feed the rods through. Setting the rod in (as in the single rod bracket style) just makes so much more sense. I might try setting the added rod on top of the old brackets and jerry-rigging something to hold it in place (after ensuring the added sheers won't add too much weight) but if that doesn't work we'll be returning this. What a disaster from a design perspective.
