I was looking for several large clocks and found this one on Home Decorators.com. I wasn't sure about the turquoise color but wanted to add some depth and flavor to the other clocks on my wall. The clock arrived earlier than scheduled and upon opening the box, I was delighted! I love the older, distressed look, the Roman numerals and the color is actually several different shades around the numbers, around the edge and on the inside, not too light, not too dark. The clock hands complete the look. The clock is very light weight and easy to hang. I would highly recommend this clock!

The clock complements the new colors in my
living room. I have a very large wall that had a
previous clock to help fill the space. This one is slightly smaller, but looks better than the one
I was using. I am happy with the purchase, and
the way it looks. The Aqua is muted and does
not overpower the space. It looks very much
like the illustration on line.

The description said blue..it was green. I had to return it but as of today(3 weeks later) I still have not received any credit for the return!

This was purchased as a housewarming gift for my son and daughter-in-law. I was looking for an oversized clock and the aqua color is a nice shade. We were disappointed with the quality of the metal used for the clock's hands. Very thin and the minute hand jutted out away from the clock face. We carefully bent it back but realized it needed to be away from the face because it got stuck on the hour hand. The clock mechanism sticks out farther than the clock which resulted in having to shim sections of the clock so it would hang without tilting away from the wall.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by samwhoboughtaclock Fine clock, looks great, keeps time well!
We saw it. We Liked it. We bought it. We still like it a lot.
Yes, the arms are quite thin - we found this one much more expensive clocks as well, and they need to be light so the battery powered motor doesn't drain and stop too often - and yes, I had to "finesse" one of the arms when I set up the clock to ensure they wouldn't get stuck.
But, now the clock looks beautiful and keeps perfect time.

The hands on the clock do not function - will have to return to find out if it was damaged or if just poorly made. The clock looks great....too bad it doesn't work. Will probably reorder to see if a different one will operate.

I had this clock but had to replace it. After searching for hours, I finally found what I thought was the same clock (color - Aqua - same dimensions, etc). When I got it, the clock face was much darker; it hung using the box the mechanism is in, causing the clock to tilt (the XII and VI) are not true straight up and down. I was very disappointed and quite frankly, this clock is ugly; dark.

While technically it was once wood, this clock is actually made of particleboard. The clock mechanism is very cheap, the hands of the clock a very flimsy steel. Out of the box, the hands were bent so that they got stuck on each other, hence the clock would only be accurate for an hour.
Hate to be so negative but I would expect to find this at HomeGoods for <$20. There really are no redeeming qualities to this product.
