Customer Questions & Answers

Does the 36-72 inch rod need a center support when extended to 72"?

Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, I absolutely found that it did. I installed over a double mullion and only had about an inch of overlap in the rod resulting in an excessive sag with no weight of curtains yet. If available I would just get the next larger size rod rather than mess with a center support although that may still require the center support.

How many center brackets does the 72-144 in rod set come with?

I just want to make sure there's enough support, since I'll be extending it to the full 144 in. Thank you!

Are these rods available in 24"?

I purchased rods - 508 357 - which have a minimum of 36". Are they available in 24"?????
Asked by: Anonymous
No. We needed one rod to be smaller for our window in our door and my husband took it apart and sawed some of it off so that it would fit properly.
