Answer:
The sink basin is attached but the back splash is separate which I think is better and makes it easier to install

Answer:
To correct Home Decorators answer...the backsplash is not assembled to the top. You must install the vanity top and then use epoxy to adhere the backsplash to complete the installation. So it is NOT fully assembled though the sink basin is installed but you should inspect for a good bead of silicone to seal it as mine had a spot that needed touch up. And again, does not include a side splash.

Answer:
No, and I caution that it does not have a side splash for corner installation. Furthermore, it is pre-drilled for 8" center set faucet.

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by looks great This is a nice top. Its a two piece unit where the back splash is separate. In my opinion having a separate back splash makes it easier to install against an imperfect wall. I installed mine in a tight nuk and had to cut it. It wasn't hard to cut with my circular saw. It also looks good installed on a white cabinet. It is easy to clean and my wife loves the undercounted sink. March 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A fine vanity top This is a very sleek vanity top. I love the marble look in the pattern, which fits in with the "Stone Effects" name for this piece. The top comes in two pieces, the main piece and the back splash. Installation is easy enough on a fitting vanity. The finish is premium and is easy to clean, so far. I prefer the three hole faucets to single hole so this was a huge bonus for me. I'd recommend to anyone looking for this size vanity top. April 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pretty design!! This is a very durable and heavy vanity top! The design pattern is very pretty and the white basin adds good contrast. So if coffee fits into your decor scheme and you are looking for a 37 inch top this is one to consider. Installation of the top is straight forward and will stay put with just a good bead of construction adhesive around the top of the vanity. It has the standard 3 holes for your fixture. It is very well made and you will need a hand for a moment to lift and set it in place because of its weight. July 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Stone Effects were easy to get use to With a "Stone Effects" vanity top, the color and the pattern are hard to get used to (after having a solid color top for so long). Upon assembling, and dropping the basin in place, and then adding a nice faucet, it then drew my attention not so much towards the top - but to the entire picture once assembled. My wife advised me that the "Stone effects" were the most recent design for vanity tops, and it's in her bathroom. She is happy....so you know the rest. Possible drawback: No overflow hole for the drop-in basin. If you have smaller kids that tend to leave the faucet on and walk away....this might me an issue. February 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Caution...8" center set...nice top For those replacing a vanity top, you must first know if you want a 4" center set faucet or an 8" center set faucet as this one is pre-drilled for. It's a good quality top and comes with a backsplash but no side splash which most of us may need. The side splash seems a necessary item to come with this with the option to either not use it or make a good installation. I often wonder why they don't come with a colored epoxy to glue the splash that the manufacturer would approve of...that would help the DIY quite a bit with less questions in store and a better quality finished product that would last. The surface color is a nice warm tone and the bowl is a good size. I would love to see a 1.5" edge option but I understand that is difficult in the product line which would make you go custom so consider your options...this one is easy and a nice quality for which I am very pleased with the exception of the side splash.
