I live in an industrial style loft so I wanted something unique to install in our bedroom. It looks great, it quiet, and has great airflow even with our 10 ft ceilings. I had an electrician install it in a pre-existing light fixture and paired it with the Hunter Simple Connect Programmable Control so I can control it with my iPhone.

Okay, installation is a bit of a pain. Lots of parts but the finished product is worth it! Great amount of light, very sleek and extremely quiet. We installed in our guest room and it is such a great addition!

The fan was easy to install and finishes off the room perfectly. It is quiet, smooth running and moves the air quite well even on the low and medium settings. Making sure everything is balanced is the key to a well running fan.

This is a good fan. So far we have not had any trouble with it. The installation was fairly simple and the instructions were easy to follow. We used this fan as a replacement to an older fan we had. Our old fan had separate wall switches for the light and the fan. This fan combines all wiring into one switch, since the remote controls the fan and the light. We had to abandon the old switch and wiring on the wall. I would say that is the only down side.

We bought this to replace an old fan that had become unreliable. We really liked the design. The directions were actually well written without the usual linguistic problems but they left out one step that wasn't catastrophic because it was just a finish ring. The problems began after I had installed it. We were trying the remote out when the light quit working. Took it down to see what had happened. Got the light working again so reinstalled it (This time with the finish ring!) Then the fan started running for a couple of minutes, then stop, then start again. The light was working so it wasn't the connection. Took it down again to see if I could see any problem. This time the hanging pin (in all fairness it was probably only designed to be used once) snapped off before I got the electrical wires unconnected. But that was good because it slowed it down enough for me to catch it before it hit the ground. Boxed it up and took it back. Decided to spend the extra money to get a better brand.
