You may have to buy what you like and paint it. There's not much in the way of bronze light kits
Model #13431101502300 - Model LK8559-ORB - Model 3171+9627. These are light kits that should fit the fan but you may have to do some innovative engineering to make them work.

Unfortunately no. When the power is turned off at a wall switch, then turned back on, you have to use the remote to activate the fan.

I called and was told it cannot. I also had an electrician tell me the same thing. I wish it could and you could just bypass that dreaded receiver for the remote.

You can purchase a remote wall switch that will work without modifying the fan wireing . The switch fits into a singal gang box or can be mounted anwhere since its not hardwired to power.
If you were to modify the fan by removing the remote sensor and direct wire to the fan motor will work. Of course the switch location will need to be the part of the fan circuit. Make sure the proper switch is used Read More

If you suspect the fan blades are unbalance I would remove them all and reinstall. I have installed many of these fans and have never found blades that are not matched in weight. Usually it's the blades mounted improperly .
If you have electrical noise , sometimes these units need a break in period. Turn on the fan and run it for 3 or 4 hours. When changing speed with the remote you will hear a noise but this should dissapear after releasing the remote. If everything above doesn't get you satisfied read the trouble shoot guide in the instructions or on line at Home Depot .com I've also included a picture of the guide.

Thank you for your question. This fan is compatible with universal light kits, but for aesthetic reasons, we suggest using a single bowl light kit like the Hampton Bay 3-light universal bowl light kit (model# 64169)

Yes as long as the light kit matches the mounting ring of the fan. Be sure not to exceed the light fixture wattage maximum when using multipal bulbs . LED bulbs work great .

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 629 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Big fan of this fan Fan looks great installed and good quality overall. Moves lots of air in a big vaulted-ceilinged room. We keep wall switch on and use the remote for speed/direction. Installed on a beam in a room with a high ceiling--lots of quiet air flow. Install was fairly straightforward. Thought of getting a light kit but prefer the looks without it. Would recommend this. August 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just what I wanted We had to replace are existing fan. The only thing it lacked was a light, but could be added for an additional cost. You choose from 4 models of lights. This was extremely heavy, and requires two people to lift securely, could be done with one if you mechanically inclined. July 26, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful and when working, displaces a lot of air However, we've had this fan 3 years and in those 3 years the receiver has been replaced 3 times. The original, 1 we got for free and now we're waiting on the replacement part that is currently on 2 weeks backorder. We've only had a week of solid 100 degree days but what's another 2 weeks. If we had to pay for the 1st replacement we would already be in half of what we paid for this fan. If it breaks again, we'll be replacing the fan and not with another Home Depot product. Which is a shame because this fan is stunning in our living room and really moves a lot of air but I'm not going to keep replacing a defective part for a subpar fan. July 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking fan, quality ? Average at best. Installed the 68" fan today, this baby is heavy, you might want to have a real fan box to hang it from. Id also note, the drop for this, is for a 10' ceiling or taller. I installed on a 9' ceiling, which required some light modifying work. My only complaint, with only have running it for a couple hours, the motor hums, and the hum is not constant, it has a frequency to it, up and down. Some might not notice it, Im almost deaf, but I can hear it. The irony, the box claims the fan has, and I quote " quiet motor technology plus ". Yeah, good thing it does, because if it didnt, it might be competing with your blender. And Im making reference to low speed, it just hums more as you turn up the speed. This is an electromagnetic hum, not a machine vibrating hum. This thing is well balanced, not shaking or vibrating, but the motor hums, much like the sound of electricity coming from high power lines, just to be clear. This one might be defective, or they all might hum, dont know ? Ive only owned Hunter brand ceiling fans in previous homes, including this one, and prefer the quality of the hunters, but i really like the style of this fan, I would have paid more $ for it, if it was of higher quality. Hunter does not sell anything that looks like this either, I looked. April 29, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by two strikes Like other reviewer, no remote in the box. I'm sure they're good about sending parts, but I'm not waiting 6 weeks for a part to arrive. Home Depot had an identical fan in an open box, so they stole me a remote and RTV'd that box. No remote was strike one. Strike two was the fact that the receiver unit was bad. We spent two hours trying to "program" this thing, but the fan was dead. We gave up, it's going back and we'll try a different brand. For what it's worth, this was a father and son team putting it in. Dad was an electrician for 40 years, and his adult son is tech savvy. July 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Out of box failure #1) The remote sending unit battery was dead. Fan manufactured in 2014 and its now 2016. Battery had been in the holder for two years. #2) The receiver in the fan was dead. Out of box failure. #3) Called the 800 number and after 15-20 minutes they decided the receiver was not working. Unfortunately they were/are not in stock....told I had to wait 3-4 weeks. (what a surprise) If they are all like this one they will never be in stock. #4) Have decided to return for full credit. August 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor quality we bought this fan due to a high ceiling in a large room. failed after only as short time. replaced with same model failed again. neither time was remote but internal. since extremely high ceiling was difficlut to replace had to hire professionals, not worth time or money August 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Big Fan!! This fan is amazing!! It looks beautiful and provides so much more air flow than a smaller fan. We bought one for the living room and one for the bedroom. Great color and design!! August 9, 2016
