Answer:
It wasn't for me. In fact, I couldn't have installed it even if I wanted to because of how the plumbing sits behind my toilet. I did not use the bottom brace and feel the unit is still perfectly stable. The upper brace piece does a good job. I would recommend using the bracket that holds the unit to the wall, though. It is a bit tippy because it's so tall.

Answer:
Hi Tanoose,
Your best bet is to purchase a wall mounted cabinet.
If you cut off the legs on this cabinet and it does not work you can not return it.
MIke,

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 49 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do not like 1-the unit is too short. I ended up adding 6 inch square legs to the bottom. Had to stain and seal and most likely this is too much work for average person. 2-Drawers are not practical in a bathroom, too difficult to find items need more shelves. 3-would like a latch on the big door. 4-does not make sense to put clear glass in the doors, mirrors would be better. 5-the wood is good solid grade, the wood is sealed. 6-too much money for the end product. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Had to trim Great cabinet. Had to trim the bottom brace to fit over toilet which is low but set close to the wall. April 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful bathroom addition Very good. I was a little hesitant in purchasing this over the toilet cabinet because of the price. After in stalling it, I see it was worth the cost, addition to my newly renovated Bathroom. March 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by what I was looking for This piece was just what we were looking for. It's good-looking and functional. It brings character to our small bathroom that is without other furnishings. It provides nice space for toiletries, towels, medicines, and a few little decorative things. The packaging was terrific - lots of protection to assure delivery without damage. Assembly was simple enough, but that bottom brace just couldn't be attached because it goes behind the installed toilet. We just set it where it belongs unattached. I think the design could be improved to allow for securing the brace after the piece is set in place. December 14, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Artisan Spacesaver The finished product looks good in our powder room. The assembly was made difficult by the quality of the wood at the assembly ports, and the inconsistent depths of the holes drilled for insertion of the dowels. In some cases, this led to not being able to adequately secure portions of the product together. Fortunately, enough of the joints could be secured to keep the product together. Individual bagging of the assembly components and stickers on each wooden piece made identification and preparation for assembly easy. I doubt that I would purchase another piece of furniture from your company. February 7, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Too short This cabinet looks pretty nice and definitely would have solved my storage problem.... BUT, it is so short that it doesn't fit over my toilet. Legs need to be 6-8 inches longer. Alas, I've fully assembled the item and now it's not returnable. We explored some sort of blocks or something to put under legs to at least make it usable, but a leg split when we tried to drill pilot holes to brace it to block.... Alas, a waste of time and money in my case. I did some research, I have a perfectly normal toilet height - nothing out of ordinary. May 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Be prepared to call the plumber The looks of this are very nice. However installation is another matter due to the bottom brace. After the fact we see people have cut this out but you would think it's needed for stability. We had to take out the toilet to install this. Also your toilet cannot be more than 27 or 28 inches for this cabinet to fit. A lot of new toilets are 30 inches tall. We had to call a plumber to help with the removal and reinstall of the toilet. It is also shorter than I thought it would be. White has the fake woodgrain. Would be nicer in a soild surface. July 19, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Difficult to assemble, some of the fittings did not work correctly due to poorly drilled holes. Legs are too short to clear my toilet so it is resting on the lid. Not sure what I'll do if I need to access the tank! Also unable to install the bottom brace because the connectors face the wall and are inaccessible. Disappointed. It looks nice though- some consolation. July 15, 2014
