For those who love antique or classic styles from the 30's/40's. Ceiling Fan looks like the old table fans from that era. In an older home if you do not have the correct wiring you can easily adapt and install a (remote controlled) controller inside the unit which allows the fan to oscillate with 2 speeds - slow and fast; otherwise, the fan will only oscillate in fast speed. The accompanying wall unit is not needed and everything can be controlled remotely when a controller is installed inside the fan. Classic in looks, unique, this fan has great circulation.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Very nice looking and the motor works very well. I bought two and I am very pleased with the purchase. One of the oscillating switches did not work but Home Depot replaced it.

We saw this product for the first time in Hawaii while on vacation and decided it was perfect for our upstairs lanai. We ordered two for our home in Florida and love them. They were easy to install and work perfectly.
They are very unique and look awesome and really circulate a lot of air for such small blades.

I bought 2 of these for a covered outdoor kitchen. The installation was more than a lay person would probably undertake so I had an electrician install them.
One of the fans stopped oscillating after just a few minutes of operation.
Neither of them oscillated in the range that I had hoped they would, therefore rendering them useless for my intended purpose.
I will be returning them.

I am on my second unit nd about to return it again. While oscillating the fan makes a clunk sound and jerks as it moves.

I was disappointed that as an oscillating fan it would only go back and forth. You had to mount it straight down or way up high with a max of 45deg. The 18" fan had very small blades but the air flow was good and fairly quiet. It's a nice fan for a small area but it didn't work for me. I took it back and got a ceiling mount style fan.

They look good, and the positives end there. I bought two of these fans and hired an expert to install them at a cost of $100 each. Straight out of the box, neither of them worked right, and both should have been returned.
But you cannot tell that they don't work correctly until they're installed. So, to return them, I would have had to hire the installer to come back and install them again and another cost of $200.
I opted to just leave the malfunctioning fans installed. Neither will oscillate. One makes a ridiculous amount of noise and the other won't hold at a steady angle. (I have it propped up with a pill bottle to make it push air where I want it.) Kinda kills the look of it. Overall, a complete ripoff! Don't do it!
