Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. We see the bulb base on the candelabra bulb would be different than the style needed for the light which is a 100 watt compact fluorescent bulb; Sorry for the set back you wouldn't be able to use the candelabra bulb.We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed We bought 3 last October. They didn't make it through the winter. I understand that I didn't fork over a fortune for them but it's not like they were the flea market special either. We're extremely disappointed that they have to be replaced already. Save yourself the time and don't buy this product. August 24, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Save Your Money... I originally purchased this lantern along with matching wall fixtures that didn't have the motion detection and a matching fixture for a lamp post and of the four fixtures, this one has been replaced twice. Ironically this lantern has the least amount of time "ON" because of the motion detector and yet it has been the first and second to fail. Then sensor operates the light coming on with either motion or dusk ceases to operate and the light never comes on again. If it fails once more it will be replaced with the non motion detection version. July 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by we give up. Two years ago, we bought 2 these to put on either side of front porch door (covered porch, no rain or sun exposure). My husband was able to adjust the settings to come on when we drove up in our driveway, took some time to get it right. Within a couple months one unit failed completely, replaced at HD. Several months later, that unit also failed and was replaced. The third unit has now failed. So, of the four lights we have purchased only one has stood the test of time. We will be replacing both of these with something else. What a shame, good looks but poor performance. August 2, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't last 3yrs Purchased item and used for 3yrs, worked fine then i guess the sun dry cracked the plastic over the light sensor and the light became non functional. Had to purchase another since it matches my other lights. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great purchase Lights look great and really like the motion sensing adjustability March 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Home Decorator hype Bought this July 2015. I use to think Home Decorators was a good brand, but this is the second of their products that I've had a problem with. Their products are very stylish, but I won't go for that again. This light has stopped working after a few months. I had electrician test the wall switch, and he says its the light sensor not working. August 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by don't expect it to work longer than a few months!!! I've purchased 7 of them and they worked fine for a few months and after that I'm replacing one by one (5 so far) after 15 monts!!! after purchase! Motion sensor and tight fit to the wall is not perfect too!!!!........what a garbage!!!! July 28, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not very good I bought five of the Brimfield motion- sensing Lanterns now only one works. If I new what I know now I would have bought something else. The other four don't even come on at all even when you you turn inside switch off & on. That's supposed to turn the light ON until you turn the inside switch OFF at least. July 12, 2016
