Answer:
Which top are you referring to? The KAISER GREY is a nice, neutral marbled khaki. Like not stone khaki, but not camel either. It blends well with browns or greys. I have no clue what the material is, but BEWARE - it scratches easily. It has a shine to it, but not an obnoxious one. Perhaps it is the finishing on the top that makes it so scratchable?

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VANITY...Fair. Kaiser Grey is Great - beware of scratching and height w/backspash I agonized for 2 weeks over which vanity to pick for our children's bathroom, for replacement after a flooding issue. We decided to aim for a vanity that included a top, we wanted a sink basin that was white and rectangular-shaped (but not super angular), with a vanity top that would be a faux stone top that looked neutral, natural, and not fake. This fit the bill. However, it seems like the **surface is easily scratched**. In fact, the backsplash arrived with a big scratch across it, which marred the surface and basically ruined the look of the thing. My contractor is having a hard time dealing with the manufacturer and Home Depot to obtain a new backsplash (and a secondary one to match, and line the wall). We decided to sit it flush against the wall (back and left side). I am afraid for what these kids may accidentally do to the surface in the coming weeks/months/years...whoops. The legs underneath this vanity afford it height, which, in retrospect wasn't the best choice for a tiny kid's bathroom...but, overall we are happy with the look. Beware of the height vs. p-trap height upon installation. We had to cut a hole in the shelf, inside the vanity, to allow the p-trap to "nest" at the appropriate height. This vanity would serve best as a stand-alone (not butted up against a wall on either side), for taller people. Good look, just not the best choice in a kid's bath. June 4, 2015
