Does this Blind come or can you order a handle to pull the blind down. I would make it easier to pull down. I've saw them on other blinds like this .

Shade doesn't go up anymore. Did something break?

We've had this shade for less than three months. It was working great. Suddenly, it no longer lifts up. It's just a flimsy blind that won't fold up. Any ideas?

How many header brackets?

My window is 70.5" wide. In addition to the two end brackets, is there a center bracket for extra holding power to keep it from sagging in the middle?

Where can I find mounting instructions?

Asked by: DH
Instructions are inside package, tucked into plastic shade header. Can mount inside or outside window frames. I installed with only one screw per bracket. Requires 2-3 brackets, depending upon width.

They work amazingly well. See pictures. I live on the second level and there is a street light bulb literally 6 feet away from my bed at eye level. First picture is at night, second picture is at 10am the next morning. DARK!!

The one thing I should mention is that you HAVE to make sure the back of the shade is in the back when you try to snap it into the brackets. The back of the head rail has a TINY ridge that runs along the rear edge (the ridge is about the size of a 0.5 mm pencil lead). That is what snaps into the bracket. I didn't notice the ridge and took about 2 hours trying to get the shade to snap into the bracket. Then I got out my magnifying glass and looked closely at the diagram, finally seeing the tiny ridge. I turned the shade around and it snapped right in. The second shade took no time at all because I turned it in the right direction to start with. It would be helpful if there was a removable sticker showing which is the front or back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You will be disappointed if you have them cut your blinds before shipping They cut the blinds with appears to have been a very dull blade because the ends look like they were torn by force more than cut. There are frayed strings and the material is torn on the edges. Did not notice until I opened the blinds until after installing them. I will have to take them down and return them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shades at a great price These shades feel very expensive. The panel has a thick material that folds in and out nicelyn and black out ALL the light. The rails are also sturdy and feels nice in hand. They are easy to install, but you'll need a driller and basic tools Pro tip: if you choose an inner mount, pick a blind with a little wider. My window opening is 32in 3//4 and I bought a 33in blind and it fits perfectly. I pick the blinds in white and to be fair, they have a slight natural gray undertone, but it actually fits well with the rest of the decor, so it does not bother me. But note that it is not a true white.

I only gave a three star rating because installation was difficult. Instructions stated, for an inside mount, measure 3/4" from window edge for the first screw hole if shade was to be flush with window. Did that, but shade is about 1/4" passed window edge. And placing shade in brackets was difficult. Had to use brute force to snap shade in place. Other than the difficulties encountered with installation, the shade is great. Because of an LED street light outside, the room was very bright. Blackout feature solved that problem. And the cordless feature is perfect. I would only recommend this product to some one who had good installation skills and patience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice light blocking...trick to snap into brackets...No pull handle...Mfg website down 1. Good light blocking blinds. 2. Instructions weren't great... blinds aren't marked front/back. Consequently, I wasted 10 minutes trying to figure out why they wouldn't snap into brackets. Ended up putting some marks from bracket onto the white plastic header attempting to squeeze into brackets incorrectly. Took 30 minutes to install first blind. Ten minutes to do the second blind due to this issue. 3. These blinds don't have a nice handle to grip and pull down blinds like my similiar Bali blinds. I really miss not having the handle. WIll probably get dirty finger marks on white plastic without having a handle. I suggest Mfr delete the side hold-downs... few people use them... and include a plastic pull handle. 4. The Mfr. website, www.Nienmade.com was dead...wouldn't come up. So, I couldn't contact them about the issues.

Keeps our room very bright and is smooth to lift up and down. The piece we received was scratched in a few spots. They were not noticeable once in place and I'm assuming it was a customer return then sold to us.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from as expected but no shade tab to raise/lower These blinds are what we needed and while they do block out the light and raise/lower easily, there is no tab to grab to raise/lower them which makes the daily task fumbly just trying to grasp the entire bottom rail...I probably wouldn't buy them for any other windows for that reason.
