I got this lock for a rustic look for a bar that I purchased for my husband's office. Since it had liquor in it I thought it should be locked, but wanted a special lock. I purchased a chain from Home Depot and spray painted it an oild rubbed bronze to match the rustic look of the lock. The lock actually works and gives the bar a unique look. We have received many compliments from clients.

Nice heavy working lock. Great decorative accessory. Wish there were more sizes available.

Much to my surprise, this turned out to be a fully functional lock! I thought it was merely a nice decorative piece, which it is, but it is also a full fledged working lock. What a nice bonus! Solid, heavy duty iron too. Nice!
However, the delivery and follow up communication from Home Decorators Collection leaves MUCH to be desired.

This lock looks more real in person than I had expected. It is much heavier than expected also. Only one of the two keys work in the lock, but that doesn't matter to me, I love the way it looks and feels.

Displayed alone on paired with a smaller version, this piece is simply classic. Will work with any decor...I've paired it with the 6X4 on the Baymont end table sold at HDC and an hour glass in my traditional living room. Love it!...The rustic metal is awesome and it is quite heavy.

This was a great accessory to our very rustic industrial coffee table cart. The rusted bolt/key metal made it look more antique and vintage. I highly recommend to an industrial motif.

This is the coolest lock that I have ever seen. It looks rustic but works and is very, very well constructed.
