Chair is too heavy to push in and out. Weight was not in specifications
Chair seat height was not in specifications
Seat height is 19 high. Too high. Knees just about fit under vanity but then I can't open center vanity drawer.
Fabric is too yellow and too shiny and cheap looking.. I would have had to reupholster it

This is a beautiful/comfortable make-up stool, but the description says IVORY, and the color is actually a LEMON YELLOW-GOLD. I am so disappointed because it won't work in my bathroom. Since my husband assembled before I saw it, I won't be able to return it.

The chair is sturdy, well made, and what I was looking for...however, the color is NOT. I wanted antique white and this fabric is VERY YELLOW! If my husband hadn't already trashed the packaging, it would have been sent back. Everytime I look at it I just can't believe how yellow it is. I'm so disappointed after shopping around for months. The other thing I don't like, is how hard it is to move on carpet. It swivels just fine, but to move it to vacuum or reposition it is very difficult. It really needs small wheels.

I bought this chair to replace one I had for years. It was difficult to even find this type of chair. I was pleased with the quality of construction, it seems very sturdy. The fabric I chose, Ivory is actually a light gold, but that is OK for me. The seat is a little hard, I would prefer it to be a little more padded but it is a good height. The legs had to be attached with a little wrench that was provided and it was fairly simple once you got the hang of it. It looks very nice in my bedroom and I am happy with the purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RazorbackGigi I've been searching forever!
I have been searching for a vanity stool like this for six years. I've even looked in antique shops (And I'm NOT an antique fan!). I knew I could recover with my own fabric if only I could find the stool. I ordered this one in "ivory" damask, In my bathroom of "vanilla" paint color, travertine tiles and green granite accents the color looks more like lemon icebox pie, but it will not be difficult to recover. (I can sew.) The seat height is a little too tall for e but my husband can cut the legs for me.

I had looked at this vanity chair for months. I was hesitant to purchase it because I was not sure of the color. I wanted an ivory color fabric and since it said it was ivory, I decided to buy it. I absolutely love the vanity chair but it is definitey NOT ivory in color. It is more of a yellow-green. Now I did luck out because it matches my vanity table! It looks as if the chair and table are a set. The seat is very well made and I am extremely happy with the product.

I PURCHASED THIS SWIVEL STOOL ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO OR SO MAYBE MORE. LAST YEAR ONE LEG BROKE AT THE TOP WHERE IT IS MOUNTED TO THE FRAME OF THE CHAIR. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT ME 4 NEW LEGS WHICH MY HUSBAND REPLACED THE BROKEN ONE AND NOW I HAVE 3 LEFT. I STILL LOVE THE CHAIR AND THIS WAS A VERY SIMPLE REPAIR. I STILL CONSIDER IT A GREAT DEAL FOR THE PRICE AND STYLE. I JUST ORDERED ONE AS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER.

Like the title says you get what you pay for. Cheap price, cheap product. I purchased the high back model and although it does look nice I found that it was cheaply made imo. I will give you one example: The tapestry fabric is stapled and not securely. I could not believe they stapled it. Within a few months the unsecure staples started to fall off and the skirt part seperated from the chair seat.
