I picked this vanity because it was something different and really fit the spa look I was going for. In person, it did not disappoint. It is surprisingly solid for the money and absolutely stunning.
The double vanity has plenty of counter space and plenty of space inside. Note that there are no drawers, but I picked up some organizers from a bath store and that easily solved that problem.
As far as installation went, my husband was able to put this together no problem. However, it did take two guys because the countertop is extremely heavy, so once it was installed he needed someone to help lift the vanity to continue installation.
As far as the granite counter top: It says it is beige, but I would say it is actually closer to an almond white. It worked fine with our color scheme, but I was expecting a little darker of a shade. As well, there is a small black smudge in the granite on our counter top. I understand that it is part of the stone, but since there is only one on the whole counter, it looks out of place and it drives me crazy. Luckily it happened to be placed directly between the two sinks, so a candle looks perfect over it, or I probably wouldn't be able to live with it!
There is also not a backsplash included. This was going to be a problem finding granite that matched, but we instead used the accent tiles we used in the bath as a backsplash as well.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Grumpster Decent value, great looking unit, but a bit of a project.
Funny how the description for this vanity now says "great choice if your designing a large bathroom..." because we picked this unit for the opposite reason. Being only 60" wide and 20.5" deep this is the smallest double sink vanity that we found that still offered some counter space.
To begin with, once together the unit looks great. It is a very heavy piece of furniture that looks and feels like you paid a lot more for it. I truly think that once it is installed properly most people will be very happy with it.
Now as far as the install goes, quite a project. The piece arrives in two large and heavy boxes. One has the top, sinks and top frame already attached (heavy), and the other has the base and everything else you will need to assemble (sides, doors, front and back). I am a do-it-yourself person, but no way was this making it up or down a flight of stairs by myself, definitely a two person job moving it. I also enjoy putting things together (friends call me with their ikea furniture or kids jungle gyms) so this was in my wheel house. You will definitely need some room to work. It took me about 3 hours to fully assemble the unit and that included vacuuming all the little Styrofoam pieces up that broke off from the packaging. All of the parts are clearly labeled and smaller parts individually bagged and letter coded. They go from A to Q so there were a bunch of them. The installation involves gluing wood pegs (easy and glue provided) to using locking cam nuts which they give you two extra of which I needed one since they break if you over tighten. That was my biggest issue. The locking nuts sometimes popped when secured but not always and they didn't feel as if tightened correctly. So I spent a lot of time making sure they were secure.
Finally, I used a low powered drill with a Phillips head bit to do the majority of the work. A tool was provided to do the rest. One of the pegs didn't line up correctly and pushed through the wood side a little bit on the inside of the unit where it cannot be seen at all. The instructions were decent with a couple of typos and mistakes. At one point it said to remove the plastic cover but there wasn't one. It also shows you how to easily put the hinges on the doors but fails to say when to attach the doors. I had to drill a large hole in the back with a special drill bit that I use when cutting holes for door knobs, to accommodate my plumbing. I also had to remove the baseboard on the wall which I easily did by scoring it and turning my sawzall upside down (wouldn't recommend to a novice). That was done because the unit needs to be flush against the wall. And then I caulked the back edge to the wall because there is not a back splash with this unit. Due to the glides underneath I easily leveled the unit with a very slight forward lean to keep water away from the wall. Oh yeah, and the doors were a little off due to the pre drilled holes for the hinges however I found it fairly simple to adjust them as well as the door catches so they line up pretty well now.
Overall I am very satisfied. If bought assembled this unit would go for well over the $1200 mark, probably closer to $1600+, so you get what you pay for with it needing to be put together.

I was disappointed when I foudn out that the previous vanity I was going to order was discontinued. They say everything happens for a reason and I am very pleased with the purchase of this vanity! The color is not too dark and not too light, the vanity top is more of an almond white which was just right for our color scheme and the details of the front doors give it a more sheek look and feel. There is an adjustable shelve for the cabinets which was a feature I did not expect and am happy to have. The only con would be that it took 3 hours to put together. Overall, I think this was a great purchase for the price and look we were going for! Would recommend to anyone.

The cabinet was not extremely easy to assemble and definitely requires 2 people, but was nice that sink basins were already attached. The assembly of the cabinet requires several hours. We had a plumber install so I can't comment on that, but he didn't appear to have any trouble. I would definitely recommend as quality is very good. The top is solid and is not varied in color which is off white.

We purchased the Fairhaven for a rental and it was easy to assemble until we got to the face frame. The difficulty was in lining up all the cam locks. We eventually got it but that part alone took about 40 minutes. The only other negative would be the fact that there is no backsplash included. Other than those minor issues, it looks great and you cannot beat the value.

I purchased this vanity for a flip house. It was so very elegant and sophisticated. My real estate agent asked me "Where do you get your beautiful vanities?" He listed my house and sold it within 12 hours...the elegant master bath with this vanity helped it sell so quickly. Definitely recommend.

Great vanity, but very heavy!!!! Be sure to assemble where it will be (or nearby). Good instructions for assembly, however is time consuming. Took about 3 hours to assemble by myself, my husband took the pieces upstairs prior to me assembling. Top is Very heavy!!! Very sturdy, nice solid wood.
