I searched all over for 24"W vanities with granite tops within my budget and nothing compared to this value. It was nicely packaged with no damage whatsoever. The contractor who installed it, did so with ease. Though not real wood, as some have stated, it doesn't look the least bit cheap and is hundreds of dollars cheaper if it was real wood. It's sturdy and rich looking. I've also had no problem wiping it down and removing stain, as one reviewer wrote. The granite counter top is beautiful and the matching back splash was an added bonus at this price point, really gives it a classy finished look. As best as I can describe the granite, it's a cream background with small specks of caramel color, dark brown and grayish taupe. The recessed sink is white. I'm very happy with this vanity combo, especially considering what I saw for a mere $50 less; less quality cabinets with no granite. This was a great find, in my book.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mick Love the vanity except...
This vanity looks great. I'm especially happy with it because I thought I'd never find a vanity small enough to fit in such a small area. I love the look of it a lot. However, I'm curious if any other buyers are experiencing what I am--the panel area gets wet (after all it is a sink--one would expect that to happen) and
the stain comes right off the wet area when wiped down. I'm talking about water and tissues, not solvent and scrub brushes. One wipe with a tissue and the tissue is covered in stain. Obviously I'm going to seal it but I wouldn't think I would have to do that myself, as one would think that would fall under the purview of the manufacturer.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JamesC Install easily. Compliments a small bathroom space. Particle board construction, but good quality hardware.
Overall, my impression of this vanity is positive. The vanity arrived well-packaged in an oversized box with enough cardboard and Styrofoam to fill a small dumpster. The vanity cabinet comes assembled, but requires attachment of the granite top using a silicon caulk/sealant (not included). The sink is already mounted to the underside of the beige granite top, which saves a bit of hassle and assembly time. The oval shaped sink measures 6-inches deep and 14-1/4-inches in length and 11-inches wide. A drain assembly is not included. The granite top features three 1-1/2-inch cutouts to accommodate a 4-inch centerset faucet. A matching 4-inch beige granite backsplash that runs equal length with the top is included. The installation instructions are well written and include several illustrations. The cabinet is constructed of particle board with plastic corner braces that are stapled to add structural support. The particle board cabinet is wrapped in a dark crimson mahogany melamine paper laminated finish which, while often used on bathroom vanities, and is fairly durable and easy to clean, does not stand up well overtime to water and is vulnerable to chipping, especially at the particle-board edges. The panel doors and front of the vanity are made of wood or medium-density fiberboard, which closely resembles wood, which like the cabinet, is also finished in dark crimson mahogany that contrasts very well with the beige top. The interior of the vanity is finished in maple melamine paper laminate. Each cabinet door features a pewter-tone knob which install easily with a medium Phillips head screwdriver, and two adjustable full overlay hinges. There is no interior shelf. Even though this vanity was well-packaged, it suffered damage to one of the front feet. I found some of the broken pieces of wood in the bottom of the box and was able to repair the damage, as best as I could with the pieces I was able to find, using good quality wood glue and a furniture marker. The repair is close to the floor, so it’s not too obvious. Minor damage and particle board construction aside, this is a nice looking vanity and compliments a small bathroom space well. I especially like that this vanity, including all parts (knobs, hinges), is warranted against substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JohnS Small vanity with Big Features
Installation: Back panel is mostly open so paint the wall behind the vanity before installation. Base of cabinet is also open (furniture-style) so check/replace your flooring if needed. A separate backsplash can be secured to the wall after the vanity top is installed. The sink is integrated (pre-installed).
This is a higher-quality, furniture-grade vanity with lots of design features; raised panel doors, adjustable hinges, solid metal knobs, wood trim details, Granite Top with backsplash, undermount Ceramic (white) sink pre-assembled. Overall, a lot of fine high-grade details that make this vanity stand out. Yes, there is still some particle board in the construction, but less than most.
2 doors allow you to easily access space under the cabinet. There is no shelf so space is minimal but good for tall items. The vanity top has some space for personal items. You can install a 3-hole or single-hole with escutcheon Faucet. (Not an 8-inch widespread).
Very elegant and traditional vanity with upscale features, but still basic construction. Good for small bathrooms, half bathrooms, powder rooms, second bathrooms; anywhere you want a more luxurious feel with granite and deep crimson wood.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jbb49 Incredible vanity for the price!
This vanity is extremely well made of high quality materials. It is shipped on a pallet and in well insulated, so it arrived with no scratches. The backsplash is wrapped and secured inside the vanity. The picture of the granite doesn't really do it justice as it is a prettier shade of stone than shown. The sink is already mounted to the top. All that is needed is to screw on the two knobs, install a faucet and attach the top and backsplash. The granite top comes pre-drilled for a three-hole faucet.
I was also impressed in the fact that the doors were perfectly aligned and fit together with no gap. The quality is that of a much more expensive vanity.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JerryT Beautiful, Easy to Install and Big Improvement
The vanity came by freight and was well packed with no items damaged or missing.
Installation is straight forward and should be no problem for any DIYer.
The cabinet, under-mount sink and Granite top are beautiful. It is an added bonus that the top comes with a matching granite back splash.
The cabinet is well constructed and includes adjustable hinges to ensure smooth door operation.
The only negative about the unit is the inside bottom of the cabinet is not well reinforced and bends easily under the minimal weight of shampoo, conditioner, etc. that would normally be stored there. Had I realized that before installation, I would have reinforced the bottom while I had easy access to it. I highly recommend you do that before setting it in place.
In summary – beautiful, easy to install and big improvement over the old cabinet that was there.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BilltheEngineer Looks nice but is mainly made of particle board
It's a basic small bathroom vanity. Overall its a nice and looks great. The only negative is that the cabinet is made from particle board. The nice looking surface is easy to chip on the edges. Also if water gets on just about any of it is swells and starts falling apart. I seal all the raw particle board edges with a couple coats of waterproof glue.
