What is the name of the granite used on the countertop?

I would like to have the back splash made to match the countertop, what is it called so I can try and find it locally. I live in LA, CA so I'm pretty sure I can find it somewhere around here.

How many working drawers are there?

The vanity appears to have 4 working drawers on each side per the photo - can anyone confirm this?
Asked by: Anonymous
The 49" vanity actually has SIX working drawers--3 per side. All have the same width and depth front to back; the bottom one just *looks* like 2 drawers. Interior Dimensions of top 2 drawers: 8-1/8" wide x 13-3/8" deep x 5" tall Interior Dimensions of Bottom drawers are: 8-1/8" wide x 13-3/8" deep x 12" tall The bottom drawers seem to look like 2 drawers, yet their depth is 2" more than the depth of the 2 upper drawers combined. Why? you ask: The apparently "missing" 2 inches are found in the (1) 1" thick layer of wood dividing the top 2 drawers from each other; and (2) the two 1/2" thick bottoms of the 2 upper drawers. The wider center "drawer" is actually a false front--not really a drawer at all; just concealment for the sink. There is, however, a center cupboard underneath, which measures as follows, with usable space constrained by the sink and plumbing: 21" across x 19-1/2" tall opening* x 20-1/8" maximum depth (from back to cupboard closure). *The cupboard opening is 19-1/2" tall but the cupboard interior actually extends higher, behind the faux drawer concealing the sink. The vanity comes with a shelf for this cupboard, but we could not use it due to the position of the pipes. I've seen some vanities elsewhere actually come with a U-shaped shelf to fit around the pipes. This vanity does not have such a feature. But truth be told, I suspect that "sink undersides" vary enough that those U-shaped shelves might frequently not fit anyway.

Backsplash

Is there a coordinating backslash available that is in the same beige granite as the top? Or is it something that I'll just have to custom tile/match once the vanity arrives and I can see it in person?
Asked by: bmc9
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Unfortunately, we do not stock a backsplash that matches this vanity top. This item is an online exclusive and is not available in your local Home Depot store. It can be ordered online and shipped directly to your home, business, or local store. Hamilton 49.5 in. W x 22 in. D Shutter Bath Vanity in Ivory with Granite Vanity Top in Grey with White Basin is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 70.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor, poor quality I purchased this item in March of 2015. Its beautiful. It was packaged well. Fairly easy to install. I've had no problems until now. I have an average size bathroom. My best guess is that the humidity from taking a shower has caused the cabinet to warp underneath. (THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OF STANDING WATER WHERE THE ISSUE IS) Home Decorators nor Home Depot is offering any solutions to this. So Im basically stuck with a heavy, poorly constructed piece of furniture that I paid $999 for and got about 18 months of use for. Lesson to be learned. Have a professional build you a cabinet. It will cost much less in the long run. If you're gonna by this, or anything similar be sure you're putting it in a place that doesn't get a lot of traffic or in a bathroom that doesn't get normal daily use out of it. Really sad. No one expects to buy a piece of furniture like this, and have it tare up in less than 18 months.

Delivery was good. The reason I gave it 4 stars were the drawers. They fit so tight that if you close them all the way they stick and are very hard to open. We tried WD 40 and no change. I now just leave them partially open so I can open them easily. This is our second vanity and the first has the same problem. Home Depot take a look at this , others have commented also.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Drawers are a problem Beautiful vanity from top to bottom. But there is a huge problem with the drawers opening. They are so tight, it literally hurts my hands to pull on them to open. Tried to oil the tracks but with no resolution. Manufacture needs to modify this issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this vanity!! The vanity itself is really nice and sturdy !! The shipping company that Home Depot uses I don't care for. The first vanity that arrived was severely damaged and we had to reject delivery. But this thing is worth the wait! Top is a nice mix of grey and white granite. However Home Depot was very understanding and gave us a discount on the reorder. This thing is heavy so I would recommend that you get the "white glove" service " if I are doing it your self.

It looks great in the bathroom and is just the right size. There is plenty of drawer and cabinet storage. The doors are hard to open, but that's the only issue I have found with the vanity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this gorgeous vanity! We purchased this vanity for our remodel September 2015 and we are very pleased with it. It is heavy so be sure to have help moving it around. Plus its only one piece or at least we didn't try to remove the top. The top is a little "pinker" than I expected but has a lot of lighter and darker colors so don't let it keep you from purchasing because its perfect. I love the country cottage look of it and the off white color is warmer than stark white. Lots of storage as well. Looks nice paired with the oil rubbed bronze like in my pic, but you could use any finish for the faucet. Can't go wrong with this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Cabinet....,if not damaged in shipping 3X a charm. Bought this item for a bathroom remodel. 3 weeks later got an email and call from my local HD. Item was in. Got it all the way home still packed in factory packing with no signs of damage. I opened it up to find the bottom front corner bashed in. 250lb cabinet had to be put back into my truck. The store returned it with no problem. Ordered it a second time. Now have to wait 3 more weeks for it to come in. I opened this one in the store, guess what. Damaged in the same location as the previous one. Time to reorder #3. This one came much quicker, only 14 days. It was finally here in perfect condition. Then I got my statement a few weeks later. They charged me $100 more than the original purchase price. I went down to the local store and spoke with Larry in customer service. He was awesome, made a phone call to Home Depot credit and got my money back plus an additional 10% off for all of the hassle.
