Hamilton Washed Grey Brentwood Chair is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent -esp for the price No assembly required. I got the sunken pool color, because I have a modern painting that involves a lot of ice and a very traditional looking house with a chandelier and crown molding and wanted to try to integrate the two as best a possible. So, I painted my Craig's List Duncan Phyfe table white and put the blue chairs around it, under the chandelier and with the big modern ice painting. Looks designer. I love the style of these chairs. Paris cafe. They feel solid and all the legs are even. There was not a single scratch on them upon arrival. I've ordered with this company before and never had any issues whatsoever. They even allowed me to delay delivery midstream on this package for a small fee.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Dissapointing I received my chairs last week . On chair was totally broken and the others show signs of ending up the same way within a short time . I will be sending these back for a refund as soon as some one comes to ick them up . I have had them back in the cardboard boxes since last week .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You Get What you Pay For These chairs look amazing and compliment the Hamilton table beautifully. They are chairs that will last you about a year if you're lucky. They are very fragile and not suitable for rough use as they seem like they would break easily. One of our chairs arrived with the side completely broken. I will say that HDC customer service is top notch. They are shipping us a new chair free of charge and we do not have to send the broken one back. It made the damage issue much easier to deal with, and I would continue to buy from HDC in the future as a result.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Repeated buy I bought the chairs 2 years ago and they started to become wobbly very fast and the seats started to tear. The quality of the chairs was definitely sub-par. They look pretty though so I decided to replace broken chairs with the new ones. I was surprised to find that they improved the build of the chairs. They are sturdier and better done then the ones I bought 2 years ago. They color is a bit darker now.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointment I purchased 4 chairs for my kitchen. They looked good and have a good design, but the paint was rubbed off in several places and was sprayed over rough spots on some chairs and the cane seat was also sprayed on the edge. Then after one week, the chairs needed to have their bolts tightened. I have had "Tonnet" chairs in the past that were twenty years old or more and never a problem with finish or construction. The new chairs need more quality control where they are made.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I returned them The chairs looked great except for the one with the broken leg. I wanted to use the chair as a desk chair at the kids computer but they didn't look sturdy enough to handle kids sitting on their knees, so I returned them. One chair was broken during shipping but the box was still intact, again not strong enough for hard use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Chairs Both chairs arrived slightly damaged. The thin wood that crosses in the back has little tips that extend out along the sides of the chairs and were not carefully packaged. One chair arrived with a 2" split in the wood, but it was easily fixable with some gorilla glue and a black sharpie. The other chair's tip on one side arrived scratched up and splintered on the end. Again, a black sharpie did an acceptable "coverup" job. These chairs are not especially sturdy, and were MUCH lighter in weight than I had anticipated, but they do have style! I imagine that they'll probably last about a year before breaking beyond repair. But, hey, they were rather inexpensive and you get what you pay for! Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase.
