Sorry, but that was what I was. I am short pieces to put it together, and one of the screw it together pieces broke. No spare parts. Mostly what I don't like is that the doors don't match well left to right. I thought I could push the cabinet to one side, and re-screw the back cover to correct it, and lock it up. No. The top doors are bad left to right, and the lower ones are bad right to left. I will take the whole thing apart to add shims, and hope nothing shows. I bought the vanity that matches, and it is very nice. This, however is not. Also, I may be old school, but for the price I expected that I wouldn't have to go somewhere to buy acceptable knobs, or assemble it. Again, maybe it is just me.

For the price, you can't find anything better! This item looks beautiful in my entry way. I needed a little extra storage and this cabinet is perfect.
It was fairly easy to assemble. It says that it requires two people. Which, it definitely does. I was a little crafty with leaning it against a wall and using both my hands and arms and was able to assemble it myself.
It took me about 3 straight hours to assemble.
I wish the glass was frosted, but that's personal preference and an easy update!

I was pleasantly surprised that for a cabinet that had to be assembled, all the parts fit perfectly. Even the pre-drilled hinges. Very sturdy and looks great in our bathroom

This piece is really for a small bathroom. Disappointing in the size of this unit. I really thought it was going to have a bigger appearance in the room. It took 2 of us to put it together. Air it out for a couple of days before you bring it into the house.

I was disappointed in the thin wood construction of this cabinet for the money. I really expected more from the picture. Pretty skimpy.
Door hinges don't look they will last. Small and made of thin metal.
Also, there were numerous teeney tiny screws that had either fallen out or were never inserted on the pre-assembled glass doors. We had to locate our own, only to realize the predrilled holes didn't go deep enough so had to drill them ourselves. If that wasn't bad enough, the heads on 2 screws broke off leaving the stem of the screw in the hole.. without putting any force on them at all! If I didn't know better I'd think the screws were plastic! But so tiny who could tell. In the end we ended up gluing the clips on. Frustrating.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Skipsax Exactly what I ordered
This linen cabinet was purchased to complete our bathroom remodel and replace a closet that was taken out. We originally expected to pay $700-900 for a similar, better quality, all wood cabinet. Unfortunately availability and style kept pointing us back to this lesser expensive unit just under $300. We ordered with the expectation that it might prove too flimsy and "cheap" but were pleasantly surprised. It's new and hasn't been put through the paces yet. We expect it to be a cheaper, still attractive solution to our storage needs. If we are wrong in a couple years, we can always upgrade as its not a built in.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hale Very good overall quality
Well protected by packaging. All parts and pieces accounted for and pretty easy to assemble as instructions and illustrations are straight-forward.
Quality of hardware was good and for those that say the screws are low quality, they are sufficient as long as you do not over torque them and use the correct sized Phillips tip. We aren't building an aircraft carrier here.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SoupyGrout Worst Purchase I've made from The Home Depot
For the price of this item, I would expect it to be mostly put together, and of much higher quality workmanship and material. When I picked this up from the store after ordering online, I could not believe how small the box was. I couldn't even tell you how many pieces this came in! There are several defects in the paint, some pieces the color is close, but doesn't match. The paint was scratched right out of the box.
This unit reminded me of items you buy from Ikea, the Swedish Store famous for cheap put-it-together products. The only difference is that this cost a lot more and was much lower quality than I would expect from the Swedish Store.
The size of this cabinet also looks like it should be part of a dollhouse, it is very small and would best be suited for a child's play set. Not sure about you, but I wouldn't spend this kind of money on something like that.
Do yourself a huge favor, and avoid purchasing any items from the Home Decorator's Hampton Bay Collection. We purchased a hamper and vanity from the same set, with the same poor quality. I would return these items, but we paid someone to assemble and install in our home. We are not able to return to store for refund.
