The construction of this piece was as expected--it was relatively easy to assemble, but the construction isn't great so some of the pieces required some finagling as they didn't align perfectly. That's to be expected given the price and assemble-yourself nature of the pieces. So on looks and quality, I am satisfied. But the size of the bins is just so small. I was hoping I could use one side for my kids' laundry and the other for mine/my husband's laundry. Not a chance. The bins are so small they can hardly hold a day's worth of clothes for everyone. I'm debating about what to do with it now. I love the concept of the piece; unfortunately, for a family of 5 people, it's just not functional in the way I'd hoped.

The hamper was much smaller than I thought it would be. It is a good product for use with baby clothes but for adult clothing and sheets and towels, it doesn't hold much. The hamper was not hard to put together however, it had lots of screws. I wish the hamper was a little taller and the pull outs were larger and I would be very happy. Guess I didn't realize the size when I bought it. The value was not a good price for the size.

The product packaging was done well so the contents were not damaged. It was easy to assemble and all the screws and bolts were included. However, two of the screws were too short to anchor the front cross panel so I need to order those from the manufacture. Also, the hinge pins for the tilt out doors are made of plastic and my concern is that they will eventually break. It was a bit overpriced, but overall, the product is well made and I would recommend this to others.

I purchased this product and do love the style and look. I will keep it and use it, but it is very much smaller than it appears. the three bins are only large enough to hold a few days of laundry. I guess I will just be doing laundry more often:(

The parts were labeled clearly and it was so easy to assemble. It is very sturdy and will add space to my bathroom, since my old hamper opened with a lid on top, so I couldn't put anything on top of it.

This piece really dresses up a bathroom look because it's like a nice piece of furniture. Was not expecting as much assembly as was required. But once together, it looks great.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by clmosca good, but with some issues
When we received this item we were pleased with the initial appearance. A little smaller than expected, although it was the dimensions described, just looked smaller in person. Hampers are good for small laundry such as kids clothes (we have the three bins and the hampers are relatively small) but they do fall closed if you don't hold them while they are open. My biggest issue is the paint on top. Because this is a laundry hamper we keep it in our laundry room and when laundry detergent gets on the top surface the paint wipes off. Definitely not a functional surface in a laundry room. Great idea, but not great execution.

The hamper is very stylish. It is being used in a bathroom for 2 teenage boys. The quality is superb and the unit itself is very sturdy. However, the actual clothes that fit in the hamper is rather small. I do a load of laundry every other day so it works for me. However, if you expect to do laundry once a week, this is not the hamper for you. It will only hold a few days worth of clothing, so keep that in mind. The doors also tend to be a little noisy around teenagers that tend to slam it instead of closing it gently.
