Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pedro Great value for the quality of the product
The product has a nice and warm appearance. It's entirely composed of bamboo which is why I picked the product rather than the engineered wood that has a different material as backing and a thin surface of wood. It is easy to install and found some minor defects in the tongue and groove mechanism but did not affect the installation.
It dents easily, as would any other real wood product.

Lesson learned, the hard way. Do Not buy this type of flooring from the Home Depot. Yes, the floors "look" good, but only for a few months when the scratches and dents begin to show all over making you wish you could have your old floors back. A claim was filed with the manufacturer for possible manufacturing defect, but later denied on the grounds that it was not covered by their warrantee. We had these floors for under 3 months before the scratches and dents began to show up, easy to imagine what they will look like in three years. The floors are easy to install, clean, and affordable. However, over a short period of time the good looks and savings do not make up for all the stress of dealing with the manufacturer or the seller's customer service. Best to stay away ladies and gentlemen. The pictures say it all.

This a beautiful flooring. I would only recommend it to people with out kids or dogs as it dents very easily. The finish is very thin and scratches easily as well.

It looks great, but it is not as good as the 5/8 thick they used to offer. Installation is trickier now and the quality definitely takes a hit with the thinner 3/8.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Growler42 Good flooring, but check every piece before you lay them down.
I choose the 3/8" thick Bamboo flooring in the Toast color. I ordered 15 boxes to cover my kitchen and dining room which I estimated to be just under 300 Square feet. The order came on time, and was delivered on a pallet. All the boxes looked to be in good condition and none of them looked damaged. Make sure you have some where with a large enough opening (garage or basement) that the delivery guy can roll the pallet into, otherwise you could be left carrying the delivery into the house one box at a time. Even though each individual box was wrapped in plastic, I would hate to be stuck carrying this flooring into the house one box at a time, if the delivery guy had to leave it in the front yard or driveway (especially if it's raining).
When installing, I followed the instructions in the box, and used a pneumatic flooring nail gun. I made sure I took randomly from at least 4 different boxes while laying the planks down, and the random variations in color came out very nice. I also made sure to lay the planks down with the joints at random intervals to give the flooring a staggered look, which worked out nicely. I would not recommend doing the installation yourself, unless you have all the right tools and a decent amount of carpentry experience. I used a compound miter saw to make sure all my cuts were straight, and purchased a pneumatic nail gun especially for this job. Installing around the edges is the most difficult. Make sure to measure twice and cut once.
My only complaints are that bamboo is softer than some of the other hard woods. You'll need to be very careful when nailing it down, and moving furniture over it. At times the nail gun left marks, and at one point (rather clumsy on my part) I dropped something rigid and heavy on the floor, and it left an indentation in one of the planks. I'll chalk that indentation up to the first of many distressed touches of character in this floor. The other issue is that out of the 15 cases, I had almost 4 left over, three extra, and almost 1 whole box of wood planks that were flawed in one way or another. Inspect every plank before you secure them down. Some of them had the lot number imprinted on the front, others (the majority of the bad planks) had some sort of issue with the tongue or the groove. If you secure them down before noticing those issues the flooring may not go together very tightly, and will be very difficult to remove. I'm going to try to return the flawed planks. If I have any issues returning them, I'll post a follow up to this review.
All said and done, the floor looks beautiful, and the finish is guaranteed for 35 years. Very nice cost effective upgrade to our kitchen and dining room floors. After our little one is born, and I have the time, I'll extend this flooring into our living room.

We did 3 bedrooms with the Horizontal toast 3/8 inch bamboo flooring. It was installed by individuals that are familiar with installing bamboo. We also used the bamboo quarter round to finish off the perimeter; very nice. Home Depot support assisted with getting the proper nail gun for installation (a must). The recommended nail gun worked perfectly and there was very little waste with the product. The instructions as stated in the flooring insert were followed. I have put pads on all the furniture to prevent scratching and damage to the flooring. So far the floors clean up wonderfully by following the cleaning instructions in the package insert. The floors carry a 35 year warranty and bamboo is a renewable resource. The floors are amazing and add elegance to the house at an affordable price.
