Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jamie23 Very Beautiful floor
I had this floor professionally installed. It is beautiful, easy to clean, and looks and feels great to walk on. 10/10 would buy again- I've been seeing a lot of reviews say this product scratches easily - just move furniture with care and use common sense and I don't see this becoming an issue. No scratches yet.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dave looks excellent easy install great value
Bought this for my bonus room, about 320 sq, I installed it in 1 weekend with a flooring nailer 16 ga cleats. I had to adjust the nailer so the nails would not hit the tongues, initially the nails were hitting the tongues and the tongues were splitting after the adjustent there were no splits. It looks great. There were no boards that were unusable. There was a good color variation remember to mix up your boxes. We are replacing all the carpet in our upstairs with hardwood. the rest of the upstairs is red oak. Because of the size of this room putting down red oak would have been at least 2 times the price, After it was done my wife said she wishes we did this instead of the red oak. Other reviews mentioned easily scratched. I did not find this to be an issue. For the price you can't beat it. LL was 1.00 a sq more expensive for 3/8.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KMJB Looks Fantastic!
We had our contractor friend install the floors throughout our entire apartment (about 5 rooms plus a hallway), and with four guys working on it they were installed in one day! I am so happy with how the floors turned out - they look amazing with the paint that we had already chosen and I couldn't have asked for a better match! And they clean very well - after all of our other renovations were done, I just ran the vacum over it to pick up the majority of the sawdust then a lightly damp mop to clean & shine.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HomeownerBuilder Installs easy; looks nice; scratches and dents easy
Had to give it a 3...easy scratching and denting (photo attached). Standing and looking from the doorway...floor looks great. Inspecting floor closely...can see all the small scratches and nicks...so I don't look closely anymore. Used a floor nailer...easy to install. Don't make a mistake because the board(s) will damage and become unusable when removed after nailing. Use felt or carpet cutouts on the bottom of furniture. Don't see how you can repair (replace) damaged boards without removing (and damaging) the adjacent (non-damaged) boards. Inspect the boards before purchasing. Difficult to match the boards if you buy from different lot numbers. Some lots install for the right and some lots install from the left. Also hard to match color and design of different boards to give symmetry to the floor. Manufacturing & Retailer should disclose the easy scratch and dent problem to the consumer.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gonzalez Totally disappointed
I love the look of the flooring. Like most other floors was a bear to install. After installation it looked great. After each cleaning, I noticed more and more scratches. The floor has been down for about 6 months and looks terrible. I am so very disappointed. Not only was the flooring expensive but the glue was over $100 a can. We purchase quite a bit, enough to cover two large rooms and a hallway. I am going to THD this week to see what can be done. This is not a product I would ever recommend. Sorry

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RGIdaho Love this floor! This is NOT a laminate floor, it responds like a wood floor, :-)
We installed this floor over 2 years ago and it sill looks fabulous. We brought home several samples of solid wood, tongue and groove flooring for testing. We scratched, dropped objects on them, etc. and they ALL scratched, dented, etc. the same so we went with the bamboo because we liked the look, renewability, sustainability, cost savings, etc.
We ordered pallets for cost savings, we returned the couple of boxes we didn't use.
We don't have big dogs in the house, we don't (typically) wear our shoes in the house because we are a working farm and "things" stay attached to our shoes and boots.
If you have never installed SOLID WOOD TONGUE & GROOVE get help, FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS TO THE "T". This IS NOT a glue down/click together floor or floating floor it is WOOD (BAMBOO). If you are looking for a "Pergo" look and wear DO NOT install this product. Other products are not genuine, solid wood floors. (some glue is used but it's not the main fastener)
We chose this floor because we have installed and used solid wood floors in the past. Yes they wear, get nicks, scratches, etc. However, if you get a gouge, scratch, etc. it can be sanded out or refinished because it's solid material not laminate.
The floor went down easy. We covered our existing subfloor with a new sub floor, asphalt paper, etc. per the manufacturers instructions. I don't know that I would call this a beginner, possibly an intermediate DIY project; depends on the experience.
We love the floor! It cleans easy, keeps easy and we are thinking about putting it in the bedrooms as well.
** DON'T CLEAN the floor with ANY wood floor products, especially Bona, it will leave a film and ruin the floor. For stubborn spots, etc. they recommend using a mixture of Fingernail Polish remover and distilled water.
** Don't use rubber backed, waffle pattern, non slip rug liners; it will leave a pattern on the floor. it can be removed with some elbow grease. Also if the rug is not picked up every time you dust mop it will grind the dirt into the floor leaving the outline of the rug. Just use the rug on the floor without any backer and dust mop under it every time you clean the floor.

This product looks great when first in stalled. It then cracks, chips scratches and smudges. I rolled an office chair over it and it chipped the floor all over. It looked 20 years old in a couple of weeks. DO NOT buy this terrible floor.
