This vanity come with the sink already attached to the upper woodwork. This simplifies construction but makes that part of the assembly very heavy. Part of getting a ready to assemble was to keep the heavy lifting down, and this part was heavier than I expected.
But, the top is a really beautiful piece of granite and the cabinet looks like the picture. The doors have a small gap from the top frame, about 3/8ths inch; they fit nicely at the sides and between the doors. That gap is the reason I graded the appearance "good" rather than "excellent".

When I read the 2 other reviews about this vanity I was really nervous...I am not a professional contractor. I am a single mom. It only took me and one other person about an hour to put it together. And the only reason I needed another person was because of the weight of the top, otherwise I could have done it by myself. Once I got it and assembled it, I was impressed! Its a beautiful vanity. The only thing that one of these reviews was right about is the gap between the doors. But they are in-laid doors and need the gap for expansion and contraction. Also the sink is white, the description on line says its black. I was fine with it as all my other fixtures are too. I do feel that this is a bit over priced for something that I had to put together myself but I love this vanity!

This product should pay me money for the trouble I have been through, and added expense ! I read the other ladies review after I had ordered this sink and cabinet. Home Depot you owe that lady and me money and a apology for even selling this dysfunctional product. After I had to pay someone to put the thing together, the plumber couldn't get the new faucet to fit because the 3 pre drilled holes were off center. It looks like garbage and I paid to much for garbage!

The vanity is heavy, beautiful and functional. However, the sink was attached to the counter top by a blind 5 year old. The white clauk is ozzed out, dried of course, and not removable wtihout scratching something. It is terribly disappointing as the only place it is messed up is the very place your eye goes to..the white on black contract draws your eye to the mess. What a mess.

Ordered this vanity thinking the whole thing was in black as it shows in the * SPECS* and in the picture when we got this the sink was in white so we called the factory and after 2 days of waiting the rep said he doesn't know why it is in white but that's all they offer it doesn't match our bathroom colors, so we are stuck with a white sink and a black vanity

Plus, had to hire carpenter to assemble.
Took him 2 hours and he is an expert. That was not cheap. $$$$
It's such poor quality, there are still gaps in between the doors... and, of course the hinges are not adjustable.
This thing is worth a few hundred bucks, max.
Looks nice *online* but that's where it ends.
