The vanity was delivered with a splintered door which I did not discover until I removed the packaging a day later. Had to be returned which was a real nuisance. Even without the broken door the vanity looks cheap and the drawers did not line up well. The vanity cost approx $700 without a top or sink basin. Not worth it. We purchased a different vanity that was available in the store for $450 complete with top, sink and mirror and it looks much better than this vanity.

I purchased two of these for new construction vacation home. They were delivered, free, to the site and unloaded. They were fully assembled, down to the hardware. The finish is a warm brown with red tones. The drawers glide nicely and the doors have a soft close mechanism. No adjustments were made; straight from the box to the bathrooms for installation. The styling was perfect for the house design. The vanities seem sturdy enough, but have not had them long enough to know if the finish holds up (as mentioned in a previous review). For the cost (in addition to free shipping, I got a rebate), it was the best item I had found after many months of shopping. I used the beige Pegasus granite top with left centered sink and the combination is quite attractive.

Took this out of the box and it was broken/cracked on the corners. The drawer slides weren't even attached to the framing. I don't think it was assembled properly before boxing. Terrible quality - went straight back to the store. Did not order another - picked out something in stock that was in one piece.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by dydee Very good looking color
Everything is fine except when we opened the left door it almost fell off. Someone forgot to put in screws in the top hinge. It amazes me how someone inspected and passed this without opening the main cupboard doors. Customer service was very apologetic and willing to do whatever to make it right though, so that helped. Not a big deal, but hard to imagine.

This looked great in the store and I do like the design and color. However, I am very disappointed with the construction. The doors do not line up properly, the drawers are crooked and do not shut well. We adjusted them the best we could with the installed hardware but they still do not align properly. It also scratches and dents very easily. I do not recommed this for a main bathroom or if you have kids or pets due to how easily it scratches.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroomfinallydone Looks nice, but scratches easily.
Had this for almost a year now.
Looks very nice.
Easy to keep clean
Easy to install.
Good storage space underneath.
Veneer scratches easily,
Preassembly was poor (crooked drawers, screws missing, one drawer was not even attached to the glider).
No matching cabinets (above toilet or whatnot) as some of the other collections have.
Drawers are a bit shallow, don't plan on storing too much in those.
I did not contact the company regarding the cons - just fixed them myself. In my experience it is easier to just get it done yourself than deal with customer service nonsense. It came with one scratch, but it's on a side that's not too visible so I let it go. Shoulda used that as a warning sign. The other ones are from a small puppy putting his front paws on the door and dust mopping around it, just daily activity (have a kid in the house). So clearly it doesn't take much to damage the surface, and it's difficult to find a way to "fix" the scratches. The best I could do for now is to use a matching oil crayon to blend it in a little, but the damage is still apparent. It's not an easy color to match up with repair kits. Not really interested in spending too much of my free time trying to keep up a piece of furniture.
Bottom line: I would avoid this if you are putting it in a main bathroom. But if you are looking for a good looking piece on a budget in a not-so-busy bathroom, then I say go for it.
