I fell in love with this sofa & chair the second that I saw them featured in the catalogue. I just had to have them! The sofa photographs much smaller (it almost looks like a love seat), but is in fact very spacious and long, which is what I wanted. I ordered the sofa and matching chair in tonal plum. Since they were so reasonably priced I worried that the quality would be compromised but that wasn't the case. A resounding "Wow" from family & friends who have seen them. The only small surprise was that the sofa needs assembling (it comes in four pieces). I wasn't expecting that. Otherwise, I'm thrilled.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by QueenyKathleeny Aesthetic... But not for Lounging
I ordered this sofa while redecorating my house in an Art Deco style. Aesthetically, this sofa works perfectly with that decor and is exactly what I wanted. It is not totally great for cuddling up and watching tv, but I think a few throw pillows would help that. The only problem was that it came missing all of the bolts and screws needed for assembly, but after speaking with several women in customer service, they sent me the parts quickly, and I am happy to have it! The grey velvet is beautiful, and I really love the sofa.

This couch looks great - I got the plum color. The cushions and pillows are a little firm, but I have no trouble curling up with a book on this couch.
There was a middle leg not shown in the picture which we attached but it didn't quite fit right - it wouldn't tighten up and twirled around. However, once we stood the couch on it's feet it didn't matter. I think it's more for decorative purpose and it provides the necessary support.
Overall, I love the couch.

My living room is small size where all available space counts. The furniture I had before was meant for a large living room and it made my space even smaller. I placed the LENOX SOFA in fornt of my large scenic window and the other 4 single sofas around the rest of the living room. Wala! My living room space was transformed into an elegant artistic get around living room with plenty of space!
I am very happy with the quality and beauty of this selection.

I was a bit concerned about ordering furniture online that I had not seen or sat in given it would be on my dime to ship back. I'm also fresh off a trip to Paris and wanted living room furniture that would remind me of my time there. I cannot stop looking at these pieces. I ordered the plum tonal fabric and could not be more pleased. The furniture is solid, comfortable and looks exactly like shown in the picture. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

This was my first order from HomeDecorators.
My Lenox sofa came ready to assemble in 4 easy parts. Just bolt it together. It seems sturdy and nicely upholstered. The color is nothing like the picture. I was expecting a dark purple, but it is a wine red color.
Arrived with 3 small cracks in the backrest but the operator was friendly and quick to apologize. She immediately put in an order for a replacement.Expecting a replacement part next week.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sofagirl Nice to look at but not commfy
This is a very nice looking sofa at a VERY reasonable price (I bought the plum velvet.) It looks great but the workmanship is just ok and the back is very stiff and not super comfortable. If this is not your primary sofa, maybe you are using it in a formal living room, it will be fine but if it is your main sofa you will need to add back pillows.

The couch is attractive. It looks great. The only drawback is that you have to lean back a bit to sit comfortably in it. It is for a lobby so I think it will be more than fine. I am happy with my purchase.
