I saw this table approximately two years ago through a different vendor at a much higher price and it did not have the finish that I wanted. I am so glad I waited because the worn black (more like a deep expresso) finish is perfect in my home. The table was packaged exceptionally well, I had to wait a few months since it was backordered, but was well worth the wait. The quality is far greater than I expected for the price - does not look like a table that is this inexpensive. It is very sturdy and not wobbly. It was just the piece I needed to place behind my sectional sofa in my living room. I did not have any difficulty assembling the table - all the holes were pre-drilled and lined up. I use to work in the design industry and I give this purchase two thumbs up!!

I have successfully bought and built furniture from catalog retailers. This was a fail. The table was not difficult to assemble necessarily if holes were aligned, screws went in, and pieces layed flush. I had to employ additional hardware and glue and it still looks like a cheaply made console. Fortunately, its positioned behind a sofa. I can't believe I waited for this disappointing, backordered piece.

The table doesn't look like real wood. I was expecting a reclaimed wood finish. But is fits the space and was very inexpensive -- so isn't worth the cost to ship it back.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by LAFJ Overall very pleased with this purchase. One of the end pieces (the section that curves up at the ends of the table top) had a blemish on either side that looked like glue or a smudge, so I couldn't remedy the issue by turning the piece around like I did with one of the legs (ie: faced the blemish toward the wall). I considered trying to exchange that piece, but it turned out to be not that noticeable so I didn't bother. It was fairly simple to assemble and looks good with our decor. The color was true to the picture and is mostly uniform throughout each piece. For the price, I find it to be a good value.
