These chairs a good value for what they are! I am using them in a bonus room and recovering them. They will be used by my teenage daughters in their game room. I, personally, would not purchase these for a formal room, or room that gets a lot of use. They would be fine in an office or sitting room, or possibly a bedroom. They are a cheap version of a nice Bergere Chair. Just remember, "you do get what you pay for".

Bought this chair to pair with another similar for next to fire place. It's really a great looking, well designed chair that rivals RH but much less expensive. Assembly was one of the easiest Ive ever done. Great accent chair.

This is a beautiful chair in person but the gray velvet is not for me. Its very masculine and formal looking. Otherwise the chair is beautiful and well made for the price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KJDenver1001 Upscale Look at Bargain Price
This is a great looking chair - appears much more expensive that it was. The color is more of a soft orange and mixes very well with lighter woods and grays/blues, taupes and golds. Wood trim is a lovely distressed bleached color similar to the finish now offered at a large chain interior furnishings store. Back is straight up and down, however, so you might find a small throw pillow or lumbar pillow makes these chairs more comfortable if you are sitting in them for extended periods of time. Cushion is plump and firm, and removable (a plus in my mind). Easy assembly - just screw on four legs. Terrific designer look at a very reasonable price.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MarkP good buy
chair as we expected. We like the style (actually bought 2 of the same kind) so they look nice in our new living room. The frame appears a bit darker in the pictures than actual but other than that we're happy with our purchase. with the additional coupon, well worth the money.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Brolimom Sits very low
I purchased this chair to use as an office chair and it was WAY too low. It cannot be used behind a desk or at a dining table.
I like the overall look of the chair, so I decided to keep it. Would have been difficult to ship back as the packaging was intricate. The picture online is very accurate. It was smaller in scale than I imagined.
I'd give the chair a higher rating if the workmanship was better. Mine has a blob of glue on the fabric and a scratch on the inside of the arm. The style and color of the grey (really blue!) are perfect for another room, however, so it's staying!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by KWilson Disappointed
I purchased two chairs in the natural herringbone fabric for a sitting room. When the chairs arrived I was disappointed due to the cheap craftsmanship. The padding on the arms looked cheap and ineffective. You could see the start/stop points of the ribbing on the fabric. Additionally one of the chairs arrived cracked and broken on the back wood frame. The chairs were not well padded and would not have been comfortable to sit in for a long time. We returned both chairs.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ignashius Cute chair, poorly constructed
I was excited to see this arm chair for the price; similar chairs sell at other places for much more, and the first reviews have all been positive. Although it's a great-looking chair, the chair that I received had defects in the manufacturing--parts of the wood frame were unfinished; there were gaps in frame where it was glued together and visible blobs of glue; there were problems with the upholstery as well--frayed piping, gaps in piping, and lumps in the back of the chair where the padding wasn't secured properly. I believe the chair was made in a rush and quality suffered. Homedecorators was great about returning the chair and offered to inspect another chair before sending it out for an exchange.
