First, 2 of the screws are too long for what they're meant to do and they push through the sides. This seems like a known problem from reviews I've seen. Not sure why the Mfr wouldn't fix.

Mostly, though, I am having a bear of a time trying to get the swivel on. Do you have tips? I looked online and have seen a few other inquiries, but no answers. The screw/bolt is just slightly too short to catch the hole. It's infuriating. Help!
